I wish I had a job here so I could goof off and not care about actually doing work while collecting a paycheck. All I want is some communication about my package. My girlfriend and I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but nobody showed up to even deliver spam mail. I watched the mail truck deliver mail today and was excited. Went out to check and still, the package was not delivered - only spam that should’ve been delivered yesterday. The last time this happened, they lied and said that the property was “inaccessible”, even though the mailbox was empty, and the only thing in between the road, and the house is a yard. That particular time, the package arrived four days late, even though the label was scanned and showed that it was there all four days. I tried calling this office for half an hour and nobody picks up. They’re only open for four hours today Saturday and Google says they they aren’t busy right now. I filed a claim through the main USPS site.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. Due to clerk error my card was charged almost 800 dollars and then was told I would have to figure it out with my card company. Asked to speak with postal manager and was told she was too busy. Asked about forms to fill out to inquire on this and was told they don’t have anything. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would.
This is how my mail was delivered yesterday. Really??? I am sick of the sorry service of my mail deliverer. This should not be tolerated by th postal service.
Horrible service... they decided to make the point at Waterford crossing a no route not. So we have these random drivers coming by putting mail in other people boxes. It says delivered so I go check it's not there. The office told me call and complain but I could never reach them. They used to be okay but it went down hill. I wish I can put a one star. I lost 4 packages so far.
Called multiple times the other day July 2023 and the line just kept ringing until the busy signal then was disconnected. Needed to speak with someone at that particular location but no such luck just had to make the trip to get the question answered.
Well here it is 7pm and still no mail delivery for today. I have an important pkg that says out for delivery. Where is my mail . I sure don't want it to set in mailbox overnight. When you go to the office to complain they just give you that deer in the headlights look and in fewer words just don't give a dam.this is pitiful service
Noone can,or will, explain what has happened to this post office . Carriers are out at 8 and 9:00 trying to deliver. We lost our mailbox last evening to the mail vehicle around 8:00 pm. Will we report to office, no because carrier could lose their job and shouldn't be trying to deliver that late in the dark. It is extremely dangerous for these carriers as well. When asked the " we can't get help" is simply untrue. Many applicants are still waiting .Instead the staggering of times when carriers come in to begin their routes is their answer? Actually you cannot get an answer from a supervisor because they do not answer the phone at the office. It is unfortunate that the hendersonville post office of the past is no longer. This can only be attributed to management. I see there are no responses to previous reviews and don't expect a response to this one.
I’ve been using this post office for about 15 years now. I have never experienced anything but great service. They stay busy and even when short handed at the counter get the job done. I worked in retail for over 30 years so I know what to expect. Sorry to see all the other previous negative reviews.
Please do yourself a favor and drive to another post office. I really wish my multiple experiences here were not as bad as they were.
