Post Office-Mt Pleasant

This post office is horrible for mail and deliveries! I keep getting the house next doors mail. Had a package delivered last week and found it in the middle of my yard. Postman just threw it over the fence! Really! Should have put it on front or back stairs where it could be seen by me or the other tenants. Luckily it didn't break or the post office would have gotten a piece of my mind and been responsible for a new one in my book. Also they have left mine and other people in my buildings mail on top of the mailbox for people to steal. Have complained numerous times by phone to no avail. Something needs to change with this post office.

Drop your letters off at the mailbox inside!There are mailbox pirates that steal from the mail boxs .The 2 in the front !!!On more then one occasion we have had money orders we put in the mailbox in the front and they were never received.. Unfortunate but true.I will not name any names but when we talked to one of the workers about our mail not getting to where it's supposed to be that is what she told us.The boxes have been getting robbed !

Our mail carrier who works out of this post office has been delivering the wrong mail on Westgate St.for months now. A neighbor complained a few months back to the supervisor in this post office but nothing has improved. All of us on this street keep getting each other’s mail!! You are telling me she can’t match the address on the envelope to the address on the house?? She needs to be fired!!

Been doing my business there for 10 years always pleasant and helpful.

The staff are alway either saying goodmorning or afternoon. I have been going here four years always a pleasant experience.

have no idea what’s happening with my mail …can’t receive any mails including the mails from usps itself….

Rob, Warren, and a female employee whose name I didn't catch were extremely helpful and nice when I needed some information about my package. I really appreciate them making the effort to help me! I took 1 star off because of the supervisor, who I had spoken to on the phone. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. She was extremely rude and flat out lied so she wouldn't have to help me. I knew she was providing false information but had no way to prove it until I went in-store and the employees helped me do exactly what I had asked her.

Mailman did not deliver my package because he had altercation with my neighbor. Okay what does that have to so with me. So my packages won't get delivered because of my neighbor. Really ridiculous it's not my problem why am I getting penalized about it.

The postmaster of this location does not understand how to do his job properly. I went online to hold my mail starting today. In the comment section I stated I would pick it up today. I got in for my mail, the rude lady behind the counter said there was no mail, and the postmaster was not in the building. I called the local number, lo and behold..he answers.He told me 3 different stories, bottom line is, they did not hold my mail..their mistake..very very unprofessional. I will be getting a PO box in another location. I'm done dealing with these idiots! Stay clear of this post office!!! I need to add! 10/03 I went through another hassle with my mail being held! The supervisor lied and said I couldn't hold my mail any longer because he said it's like getting a free PO box...smh. This was my second time having them hold my mail..I called the main call center and they said that was not true. BTW, they never held my mail today either...twice now ,

This place is unbelievable. We order stuff ALL the time from Amazon and other places. It is constantly left outside not anywhere near our apartment and this last package which was an air mattress was left no plastic bag out in the rain by our trash!!!! Already complained several times about my stuff getting ruined and its always USPS. Do your job correctly or don't do it at all.
