The Neosho post office has very nice and helpful employees. I sent a package overseas and could not find my receipt. They went through a stack of paperwork to find mine so I could check on the delivery.
Love using the Neosho, MO post office!!!! Always a smiling friendly face behind the counter!!!
Package never was delivered here, tried to call them, all you get is a busy What a sorry excuse for a post office.
Chronically deliver to wrong address or just decide to not deliver and claim unable to access mailbox. Never answer phones.
Our postman never seems to knock when they need a signature and just leaves a pink slip instead. On the bright side ive never had a problem with the employees at the office.
A mailed letter through here didn't arrive to it's destination that had cash inside a card.
This post office is a joke!!! You call their phone number and all you get is a busy signal. I was suppose to receive a package today they usually leave it on the porch and it tells me that it was delivered and handed to someone. I was still at work with no one home!!!! They should be held responsible for this kind of service!!!! If I can have my packages delivered any other way I will from now on.
Don't receive my mail until 5 pm when I used to get it at 1 never consistent
I always receive the best service fom the postal workers at our Neosho facility. Their work is always prompt and efficient. My home deliveries are also highly rated. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work they do.
Mail delivered to my business, from within the same town consistently takes 10 days or more to arrive. Currently, there is no way to provide evidence it’s the local post office or the sorting center in Springfield because their postmark machine is so bad that it is completely illegible and you can’t see what the date it was postmarked at all. I’ve heard of several others with similar complaints both commercial and residential customers.
