I was expecting a package for a Christmas gift on the 23rd it was late to get to Denver so understandable then it was scheduled for 24th to be delivered to my work usps is saying they tried to deliver at 11:09 and the business was closed. We are very much open so this tells me cause it was a business your postal carrier didn't actually attempt to deliver at all. We are open We have light up open signs on 2 sides of the store. Your carrier is a liar and lazy merry Christmas.
I spend a lot of time at shipping stores, and this USPS is the best. Even if they have a line they take care of it quickly, and they are always friendly. The parking lot is a bit scary though, so be patient.
Received a notice that I had missed important certified mail. I used the QR code, and put I wanted to pick up the certified mail. Get to the post office and they cannot find it. The "supervisor" told me the mail carriers are working late to deliver our mail which we rarely get and he must have been tired and put it in the wrong spot. Basically too bad, so sad we lost your mail but boohoo feel sorry for us. Absolutely, ridiculous response to losing certified mail.
Started off with having to put my mail on hold because of a lost key. When I asked for them to have it re directed so that I can pick up it wasn’t there. I was told to fill out a yellow hold slip, that never got turned in to anyone. None of my mail was being held. They said they would “reach out to the driver” driver kept my mail hoping I would find him with my key. Well obviously not who told you that, I wanted it Re directed and that never happened so after making a call, speaking to management about it she told me my mail would be there ready for pick up Thursday. Thursday comes along and ITS STILL NOT THERE WHEN I WAS PROMISED. but they would “ensure it would be there by Friday morning for me to pick up” The lady who worked there claimed that they are not perfect, But you are the United States Postal Service and I do it sure as he’ll expect you to do your job it’s been 4+ days since the holiday there is no excuse on why my mail shouldn’t have BEEN AT THE POST OFFICE THURSDAY FOR PICK UP.
The worst post office ever. Will not deliver packages for front doors as they’re supposed to and then when you finally give up hope of them delivering your package and go to pick it up, they lock the door 5 minutes prior to closing time 5pm. I will be making a formal USPS complaint against them again and urge you to do the same as that’s the only way this is going to make USPS and these employees change.
I wish I could remember their names but I had a very pleasant experience here after a few awful experiences at the 88th and Washington location. This post office was so much more kind and had things going smoothly. I will travel farther to this location from now on.
Every time I need to go here, the postal officers are friendly and quick, even when customers are yelling and complaining at them.
The lady inside at the desk was very rude when having a question about which drop box to put my outgoing letter in. Do not recommend this place
Had to give a star to review. WORST customer service in the USA. The woman there are sooooo rude. Miserable people that bring their personal lives to work. Ask to speak to a manager about the attendants attitude. Guess where she gets it. Supervisor was just as bad. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. BUT WILL GO HIGHER.
TERRIBLE. All staff is rude, especially that one lady mentioned in other reviews. Heavyset, dark skinned, acts like shes about to spit in your face, but there is usually only one person at the counter working regardless of how long the line is. Unfortunately, it is usually her and her exasperated expression staring blankly. One lady is nice, but I rarely see her at the counter. Usually out of stock of flat rate boxes and other shipping supplies. This post office is a few blocks from me and I drive to Westminster to that post office. They are courteous and easy to deal with. Just over the last month, I have had 4 packages lost completely by the USPS and still cant get reimbursed for my lost goods. I look forward to the collapse of the USPS. No Bailout!!
