I never write reviews but This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. They walk around lost trying to find your package and don’t keep the mailing in alphabetical order I’m guessing if you’re walking around the whole wear house looking for your package. Every single person that was getting helped seemed to have the same issue.
Held my CERTIFIED MAIL for three weeks, no notice to me. And when I file a tracking, Greg Luna calls me from this PO and leaves a voicemail with a phone number that doesn't answer. He wants to know, do I want it delivered or pick it up? What do you think? What a waste of the hours of my life. Deliver the fricking mail!
Third time they could not deliver my package they say its oversized and they say customer request to pickup and that I did not request that and they will not say where is your package being held.
I had an issue with the package and when I went down, they were nothing but a professional, super kind and help get everything sorted out for me. I have no complaints and honestly don’t understand why their rating is so low the people there that are working have gone out of their way for me.
This place doesn't deserve one star! They just lost my THIRD package since mid-December! They said they had no access: I live in a gated complex, and our boxes are right behind the guard shack. I receive all my other packages. What's wrong with them! I special-ordered a NASCAR die cast in August, and they sent it back. It was re-sold
The workers that works here in my eyes are racist and low vibrational beings. This location don’t deserve a single rating or star! They are terrible!
I've been calling for 8 days listed working hours MULTIPLE times a day, started keeping a lot after day 4, and not once has anyone bothered to answer the phone, not once. In the 4 days I've kept the call log, 37 calls have been made. I've ALWAYS been a massive supporter if our carriers & e an keep a cooler stocked with bags of drinks & snacks for them to take if needed but for the past two weeks we've not received a single item of mail. We have a steal & iron, single family mailbox, so it cannot be a case of mailbox maurauders... I just want answers. I'm losing my patience.
The gentleman driving this USPS postal tow truck should be let go. He is a dangerous driver, and cut me off today within 20' of a stop light, no blinker, just sped up and swerved in front of my car. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid damaging my vehicle, all of the items in my car fell to the floor due to his inappropriate driving. 9952029 is the number on the back of his truck. He is a danger to the Palmdale/Lancaster community.
The customer service lady was very rude and unhelpful. SHE IS TERRIBLE. I've been getting my mail late and she just shrugs and has an attitude the whole time. I asked to file a complaint and she says there's nothing that can be done. This was at 10am today.
Order package pick up day three still sitting here. Every night reorder the pickup and nothing. Try to contact USPS and nothing but a computer requesting you fill out a form and in 3 days someone will contact you. I will be gone in one. The worst bunch of non caring idiots ever.
