Only reason to go there is a emergency. A grocery store doesn't even charge extra for stamps BUT THEY DO

I have shipped from here a few different times in the last year. Their customer service was on point and they were super friendly every time, AND I never had to wait in line. I recommend this location over the USPS to everyone. Not sure what negative reviews are about but i believe the customer ISNT always right so maybe its them, not the employees.
I have mailed quite a few packages from here and I have been treated nicely each time. Not sure who the employees are that others have been complaining about, but the young man and the young lady that I've worked with each time have been very helpful and pleasant.
I am constantly shipping items therefore I constantly have to visit this location. This location offers great service. Eric was very friendly and courteous. He was so knowledgeable that he was able to help me get the best shipping for my products. Over all of his very safe and clean location I will continue to come here for all my shipping needs.
With all the uncertainties we are facing on a daily basis and our mail boxes being broken into, Oak Hills Postal is a great place to have a mailbox. You don't have to worry whether your mailbox will be broken into or your mail will be stolen. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. I've been a customer since 2013 and I highly recommend them. Keep up the great work.
BUYER BEWARE! SHADY WOMAN BEHIND COUNTER!!! My first experience here about a week ago was great. The woman behind the counter answered all my questions and helped me find the cheapest solutions to mail my items out. Again, keep in mind I am new in the shipping game due to my Ebay store. Today I went in there and had more questions because the packages were different sizes than the ones I previously mailed out. This time around there was NO patience , and 1 very rude unfriendly woman behind the counter. I would have brushed all this off my shoulders, UNTIL I noticed she charged me an additional UNDISCLOSED $1.49 for using 5 pieces of tape. I believe she charged me this out of spite, because when I was asked if she could package my items up for me, I simply stated that I would like to package them myself. That way I know how they were packaged and mailed in case there are any issues down the line with my buyers. After her staring me down with a scowl on her face as I was packing my items up, and AFTER ALL pricing was discussed, she walked over to the computer the other lady was ringing me up on and told her " Let me do something real quick" and added the $1.49 for misc shipping materials...just to be spiteful and a "I will show you" type of move. She never ONCE disclosed that she would be charging me $1.49 for 5 8 inch pieces of packing tape and just added it to my cost and walked to the back. When quoted the final price once more before I paid, I thought it felt a little off and checked my receipt when I got home. Low and behold, there was that HIDDEN UNDISCLOSED CHARGE! Really??? All because I wanted to package my items up myself and used 5 pieces of tape??? I was not charged the $1.49 on last weeks visit and I used about 3 more pieces than this last time. So I wonder how many other people are getting up-charged for things not disclosed or discussed as part of their shipping costs. SHAME ON YOU OAK HILLS POSTAL!!!
When they first built this post office, if was wonderful. The main girl was so kind and helpful. Now, the past couple of times we've dealt with her, we've got nothing but attitude from her. I love the fact that its so close to me but because of the poor customer service I hate going. It just seems like she's always in a bad mood.
I have been using this location for over five years now and I am very happy with their service. I was a customer under the old management as well as the new or current management. Both were great and some of the old employees are still there. Everyone is friendly and the service provided was good. I would highly recommend them.
Fast and courteous service. In my experience, few businesses go out of their way to anticipate your needs and surpass your expectations. Staff here have gone the extra mile...much appreciated.
