On a Friday afternoon near 3pm I had about 20 padded envelops to send. The staff were super helpful and very friendly as they made short work of getting them shipped. Great visit!
I order online quite often and usually almost always have to return something for not fitting properly etc. I come i with my return code already pulled up ready to be scanned and all the clerk has to do is print it and put it on the bag of returning items and im out of the door. So why do i get such attitude and spoken to so rudely by Ms.Tonya for the not even 5mins im there? firstly im never greeted when i walk up to the counter secondly after she prints my return code she never says anything to let me know im good to go so i stand there in confusion and she aggressively says "thats it." and so i just walk away no "have a good day" "thanj you, your good to go" or anything. Shes definitely not cut out for customer service.
The worst Post Office in BR Have 3 workers but only atend 1 each time,so the lane come out of the place. It lack good will,they are not happy working here but its not our fault.its so hot,have no AC,only fan for them and you almost pass out.
Went here to open a P.O. Box I reserved online. The people working at the counter were friendly and helpful, and moved the line through quickly. No issues with the box- got my keys and left in less than 10 minutes. Glad I chose this location for my P.O. Box.
Worst ever. They open at 9 but didn't open until 912 then spent 12 looking for 1 package. I was second in line and I walked out at 931 as they never returned with a line of 8 people waiting. I have gotten better service at the Dollar Tree this business needs a clean up the customer service is at a negative
Great staff, always very helpful and friendly. I see a large number of one star reviews but I have been happy visiting this Post Office every week for years now. I suspect that all the one star reviews are from people who made mistakes themselves. If you have any mail problems then come here because the staff at the Post Office will help you get the job done and your items delivered reliably.
Extremely rude power-tripping clerk talked to me like she is my boss. These employees with huge egos need some serious training or termination of employment. They apparently have forgotten that THEY work for US.
3 windows, only 1 is ever opened...even during xmas season. So slow. The more people lining up, the slower she goes, it seems. She is never in a rush. I've been her a few times. Always the same person & she can get snarky.
The service here is extremely poor. They are always understaffed and the person at the counter moves at a snail's pace. She doesn't even care about it either. They need to hire and train people to be more efficient and care about their customer's time. It's a terrible representation of USPS and if it weren't that this is the closest postal office, I would never come here.
Convenient location. Only reason this has a star at all. I understand working at the post office is a tough job, but a lot of us have really tough jobs and most without the benefits and that does not excuse the level of rudeness, inconsideration, and flat out nastiness of employees. The women there were unbelievable. I only saw their interactions with myself and another gentleman and they were the same to both. He had words with one of them and she blamed him. He did nothing but stand and be waited to be called. As the 2 women laugh and say “oooh ohhh people” and continue to laugh and joke. Unbelievable. She would have been fired at ANY job I’ve ever had the way they act and talk to customers.
