They do not answer thier phone. If I can give 0 I would. Also still have not recieved my package that stated it was delivered. They will deft be coming out of pocket for lost or missing items.

The nerve of this postman. Give attitude just cause I took time to open my office drawer to give the package to him. Took me like 4 seconds to open. As hes leaving he says "next time have the package ready" WT??? Like I did something wrong to him. If you dont like your job or whatever hell happened to during the day is not the customers fault. Quit if ur not happy w ur job. Instead of being rude!! Bad customer service!!
The older lady there is so rude. She has short hair. Asking questions to her and reply’s with attitude. I had to raise my voice and give attitude back for her to finally be nice. She toned down so freaking fast. I was not walking out of there with out sending a package. She needs to be fired.
They never answer the phone, im waiting on my mailbox keys they supposed to have ready 2 weeks ago, make me drive over to the station everyday to check up since they decided to NEVER answer man! Pain in the ass waste of gas!...
Worst customer service! The lock on my mailbox does not work and after many days of calling and the line being busy I was finally able to get a hold of somebody. After I explained my situation I was told that I needed to stop by the office which is no problem at all with my ID and the 3 keys I was given when the mailbox was first issued to me about 2-1/2 years ago but I was only given 2 keys at the time not 3. A very rude lady stated that regardless to what I said she knew 3 keys were given to me and that if I don't have the 3 keys I will be charged $25 to change the lock which is completely outrageous since it's their duty to make sure mailboxes work properly.
This place is ridiculously slow you will be there for at least an hour so plan accordingly ... they need more people working at the window. I absolutely hate coming here and I’m thankful this is my last visit here.
I love the Pebble Hills post office workers but the lady on the phone was very rude. She was not much help and then she acted like my friend and I were dumb for the question we had. We are young and still learning. Bad customer service over the phone.
Very busy and often a long wait. But friendly helpful staff. After all these years they really need more help on the front desk. The wait is rediculos clearly they could care less. After all there's only one post office. So they don't have to. They know there's always a long wait this is not a new problem and yet they fail to do a thing about it. Kind of makes the postal commercials a joke and unbelievable. We want your business, well of course they do. Just don't try and do it in person.
My zip code was changed to this location and ever since mail and packages have gone missing. 2 drivers license 2 bank cards and 2 packages as far as I know, there maybe more. I have gotten my neighbors packages and mail, but I always put it in their mailbox. Whom ever is getting my stuff is not returning them or the postal employee is keeping theme. I went to complain about a recent package missing and I was met with “maybe it flew away” when in fact I know the postal employee did not come by my house. I have notifications and immediately go out to check as well as cameras. Here I am watching out for other people when you really have to worry about some postal office. Management needs to do better.
