Motor vehicle license renewal on a Saturday morning.... In & out within 10 minutes! Very quiet- I may have missed peak traffic or ran into the 'A' team this morning. Friendly service from both the guide meeting you at the entrance and the efficient counter staff.
Spacious and yet less resourced for its mandate. The space could be used by other state organs to betterment of cost cutting measures
Appalling. Parcels stuck since Jan 23. Made over 50 calls over various periods of time and not a single one answered. Just so very disappointing that this is what exemplifies service in SA government, where the concept of being a civil servant is as far fetched as a fairytale and replaced by poor work ethic & even poorer attitude for the most part. Avoid SAPO as far as you can with anything of importance, value and time sensitivity.
If you are looking for a place with the worst service in the industry you have found it! Wait 20min in a queue after been told to wait in that specific queue for the parcel then told to go to another place to retrieve the parcel, beyond shocked the state of this Post office!!!!
Went at 4:30 on Wednesday 1/2/23 to send a registered letter. Very capable and smiling lady despite the end of the working day approaching. So sad to see a nice building falling apart.

Horrible service. Licencing department they never answer the phone. There are 2 different numbers but they do not answer the phone at all.
Went to renew our car license and it was great! 5 tellers open with a friendly and can-do attitude. The line moved quickly, we will definitely use the post office again! Thank you Xoliswa:
I am very disgusted in the way people get treated at this post office. My husband was there today to do a appeal at your sassa office as he got a email stating to go to post office. Only to got send back to his local sassa that told him to go to the main post office. Disgusting!!!
Bad , came there for a parcel collection the lady at the counter let us look through a whole file for our names , very unfriendly and lazy. I don't understand why they don't have digital records for our international parcels
