I've always had good and reliable service whenever needing something to be shipped out or received from here. Always happy to come by to send something to loved ones or distant friends with their help and advisement on how to do so. Will definitely be returning.
I've had a lot of problems with this PO. I wont list them all but one in particular stands out. FedEx and UPS deliveries. Sometimes they work and sometimes not. No one there can give a coherent answer. The supervisor says, "we dont take any deliveries from FedEx or UPS." I asked him, "what about those stacks of packages from UPS and FedEx you are standing right next to"? "Uhhh I dont know" I ask him why I can sometimes get them. He doesnt know and cant direct me to anyone who does. Immediately after this dispute, I stopped getting any mail - not even bills or junk mail - for a 4 week period! I took this issue to the Post Master who had no explanation and claimed I had just not received any mail! Maybe things are better now but this crew really needs to be investigated by a higher authority.
Our mail man is the laziest, most self entitled person I've ever encountered. I've always been on great terms with my previous mail carriers but this guy is a total jacka**. Not to mention they have "lost" our mail countless times. Extremely disappointing.
This is a horrible post office. I moved to Rochelle in June of last year and I never had so many issues with a post office before. Either our mail is very late, it doesn’t get delivered when a seller says it has been delivered and one time a small package was outside in the snow instead of being put in our mailbox. I am nervous to really order anything because of this. Ridiculous!
Consistantly refuses to leave packages in my stairwell. I have even gone into the post office and specifically requested they leave my packages in the stairway. Rarely do I receive my packages on the day they are to be delivered. Instead I have to peform their job and pick it up myelf the next day. Which completely defeats the purpose of both the post office and one day delivery.
Mail is thrown at my door. Breaking content inside box. Rude obnoxious people in office. Unfriendly and no social skills. Rules are rules type people. Low class all the way.
Everytime I go there I have issues. The ladies working at the desk take forever! Even on something simple like a stamp. BEWARE of the mailman, he has charged me numerous times for my mail. I would choose another post office if I were you...
I work every day until after the p.o. is closed.they don't have a exterior mail drop box to drop mail off
The service. That the workers give is always nice. And the post master is always helpful. We appreciate all the mail carriers. With they're service to the community
