I’ve never spent so much time on a post office. Never had someone in authority or claim to be in authority be so rude. It’s people like Nichole who is a manager that gives Rosedale, kck, the dotte a bad name. It’s enough to want to move out of the city. And sad that she abuses her authority. She was so rude to another employee just because I asked the employee a question in front of her, then could not be nice when I was explaining the ongoing issues with this post office and my mail. But acted nice in a smart Alec tone and smirked at me. What kind of person that cares about her customers and the city she serves treats anyone this way. It’s just unbelievable And the rudeness is on top of the time and energy I’ve used to deal with this place. Ask for Julie if you need something, she is very kind and caring. Not defensive or rude.
I was shipping something to Canada. The woman working told me it could be sent as a parcel for 5 bucks rather than paying 18. It was sent back by customs and my mailman, who is extremely nice, told me to go back in and make sure they don’t charge me for the correction. The lady who helped me the first time was working again and grabbed it, bent the package in front of me, damaging the merchandise inside and then proceeded to make me pay the 18 to ship it out correctly. Not a good experience. She ruined my merchandise, so I lost a piece of merch and also had to pay 24 bucks and make two trips to the post office to ship something. Not great.
Post office consistently labels our apartment as vacant, when we've been living at it for over a year, and have filled out the paperwork multiple times
I have been getting my mail delivered consistently with satisfaction until 2022. I live in an apt complex at 43rd & Mission Road 66103 and today my neighbor in a separate building handed me 4 pieces of my mail for the 2nd time in a month. It's now a running joke here that our mail delivery service is helping us meet our neighbors. Gee thanks!
Wow! The things in Wyandotte County never seem to amaze me….here goes the story hahahha So the mail lady delivering from this specific location has decided to harass me for not filling out a new resident card. I don’t think she ever considered the fact that maybe I have a PO BOX or possibly that my mail is sent to another address. I understand that you need “a name” to deliver mail but have you ever thought of just doing your job and putting the mail in the mail box? If the mail is not mine I will return it and then you will never have to deliver it here again which you haven’t been anyway. So I finally decided to give her my info and let her know that I do not want my mail redirected here…so what does this nut job decide to do, she gets out of her little buggy and beats down my door I was on the phone with a customer and really didn’t appreciate it….it was so loud I’m pretty sure the neighbors heard it. Not only was she not masked, but she proceeded to yell at me in saying that I wasn’t going to get mail. My advice to USPS is that you train your employees to do their job before someone else does it for them.
For some reason the person that delivered my 2 small packages together weighing less than a pound this morning 6/2 was too lazy to walk up two steps up my front porch and leave the packages under my mailbox. Instead they left the packages on my sidewalk. Looked like they just threw it out of the car and left. If you're so lazy to do your job professionally then maybe you need to just stay home!
the reason as to why I am giving this a one star is because I have been coming here for that past year, and these few months have been not so well, I have witnessed some Hispanic customers being treated wrongfully by Ms. Lisa; they and myself have been given attitude for not being able to understand, and or having to make the cashier repeat herself more than once, and today I had enough of it. she did the same thing to a gentleman that was in front of me and didn't really understand what she said for she had spoken really fast, and when she repeated herself she gave an attitude. I don't know what she may have against any customer but that is not how anyone should be treated!! even if you do not like the job, or if you are going through something at home, or any kind of issue... you should not act like that in any way shape or form. on the other hand, I really love Mrs. Loretta. She is such a sweet heart. I would definitely give it a five start other wise!! Loretta has such a great personality and a great work experience, she really makes it feel really welcoming.
Just a regular USPS. Normally it’s a very quiet place, so you probably won’t spend too much time on line.
We have been waiting 3 weeks for a key to our mail nox at our apartment. NO KEY! Really? We asked to hold out mail and to pick up what has been delivered to our address already. They can't find the hold paperwork now. WHAT? We are now at three weeks with no mail and they never picked the stuff from the mailbox. My son is a cancer patient and the hospital sends out appointment reminders and other important information to us in the mail. So how long can it take to change a lock and give us the key to the mailbox? This is absolutely ridiculous.
The lady does not have a tape for the shipment. Insisted me to buy a new one. I can see one tape right next to her. 2/24 morning 9:00am. I have to come back without shipping it. FedEx will always spare a tape when I pay them for shipment.
