They literally never deliver mail on time and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No one knows anything they are talking about, and our specific mail route person comes so sporadically that I can't even receive essential prescriptions on time. My mail carrier routinely puts my mail in the wrong mailbox and delivers my packages to the wrong doorstep despite clear house numbers. If I could choose a different mail service, I would in a heartbeat.
Absolutely the worst post office I've ever dealt with. My packages are always late and sometimes they won't get delivered when they're clearly on the truck for the delivery day. I've had to contact the post master on several occasions to complain. In this instance, I've had a package sitting at the post office for three days and it has yet to be delivered. This is unacceptable. I usually try to avoid using USPS for shipping or receiving because of the terrible service. I gladly pay a little extra to have my packages delivered properly. Unfortunately, the company I did business with didn't offer any other options.
They CONSISTENTLY make delivery infractions and then won’t answer the phone when you call! Like why! I am convinced they steal packages at this post office instead of delivering them! No one makes these many mistakes. The delivery status keeps saying it’s left at the mailbox and my packages are never there! This is a disgrace!
They lost my birth certificate mind you I am from Minnesota. I went there everyday for a week straight, and nothing. Tracking said it was there, but the workers were convinced that it wasn't. They claimed that it was at a residential home 'cause sometimes the addresses get mixed up. I went there , b/c I did not trust them to send someone over right away to check. The couple were very nice people. According to them, they never received my mail. ...They then claimed that it had arrived at the Nicholls post office - it wasn't there either. Unfortunately, I do not have the means to travel to MN and get a replacement birth certificate. I decided to purchase a new one. However, after this fiasco, I am extremely nervous about it arriving to this facility. Thanks to them, my passport process is on hold for who knows how long b/c I still have not heard back from the vital records office in MN.
HELLO CAN YOU ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE!!!! Trying to get a nice gift for my mother and we lives states away and can’t come by when you don’t answer! I have been calling for days because our package never made it to the address we sent it to due to “insufficient address”. Apparently you guys never pick up the phone which is absolutely wild because it’s your job. 0/10 the least you could do is answer the phone.
Every person who works at this post office deserves to be fired. They are the laziest most entitled people I've ever met. They have been marking packages they are too lazy to deliver as "front door inaccessible delivery attempted" for days in a row for nearly a year now. Then you go to the post office to get the packages and they say "we haven't received that yet" even though tracking has shown it has been at the ppst office for over a week and you know they have it because they have claimed to have tried to deliver it to your door. I have been waiting for a package that has been at the post office since the 21st according to tracking information. They refuse to look for it at the post office. They refuse to find my package even though tracking says it is in the building. In April they literally took 3 weeks to deliver packages that had been at the post office since the beginning of April. Last month they delivered a smashed and empty box to my front door and when I asked why they would deliver that to my door like that they said "it wasn't like that when we left it". Which is weird. Because my front door camera disagrees with them.
They constantly deliver my neighbors mail to my mailbox, if your expecting a package that day better add 2-3 days for it to be delivered, and don’t try and call because nobody will answer, 1 star is way to generous. Gotta love government ran companies
Delivering mail to wrong houses per usual employees are a joke.
I did not receive mail for four days. Also, Amazon showed my package at "attempted but unable to be delivered" by USPS at 8:30 am Sunday. We were at home and outside, so I know that's not true. We are having horrible delivery service and mail dropped at wrong houses in our neighborhood.
They never deliver my packages these Past few weeks. Always says they can't deliver. I have a front door and a back door, how you can't find a door to put a package at. I get mail every few days but no packages!! If I can give no stars I would they don't deserve a paycheck if they can't do their job!
