It's funny how many of my packages are noted as undeliverable. Even when there is adults home all day, even when my ring camara sees no attempt to ring the bell. All they do is leave a note in the mailbox, not even on the door. They don't even try.
Place almost looks abandoned grass overgrown fences broken,trash cans full.. I had to go in to make sure it's in operation.. air conditioning is on in there..I guess maint. On vacation
Order an item for delivery and last minute I received multiple notifications that my package is ready for pickup instead of being delivered to my doorstep at this location. I arrived within minutes and find out they'd been closed for half an hour. Wish I could speak about the service at all but I didn't receive any. The customer service phone number needed all my info just to tell me to go to the location I was already at and pick up my package. Now I have to wait until Monday to pick up because they're also closed Sundays.
High level of incompetence, my mail was returned without my consent, or notice time sensitive mail from the IRS at that. No change of address submitted. The carrier just decided to return my mail. Just rude customer service even after carrier was told to deliver mail to me I never received mail as they followed up to check. Incompetent it’s just sad that I’ll have to pay for a P.O Box elsewhere again
every time i come in i have to prepare myself to stay calm because i already know how the people inside like to be rude to “ customers”. i go in & ask them if i could pick up my package because i received a text it was dropped off there, they laughed & said no is not even here without even asking for my name or tracking number. i gave them my number & they went to the back & told me it was there but couldn’t give it to me because they haven’t scanned it yet, to be back in the morning at 6 am when they open the doors to ask again in a sarcastic way. if people hate their job or are mad just leave no need to want to rub your energy off on others.
Reviews are so true. Their is one good mail delivery lady she is good at her job but the rest just don't measure up. I'm changing my package shipping address because if she is not on our route my packages seam to disappear. New mail guy on Friday and marked my package as delivered in parcel locker and didn't leave the key. Or left it in someone else's mail or just didn't leave it at all who knows? If you can have your packages sent to a different address do it! If not you get ripped off. Can't fix stupid?
I don,t get all my mail something need to be done about this post office these People are rude terrible !!!!!
Let me start off by saying if I could I would give this place "0" stars. The postal workers at this location are very rude and very short with the customers. I have shipped from this location for years and they have always been very indignant with me. Today I went to ship 3 packages to 3 different locations. I paid and left. When I got home I looked and saw they sent all 3 to one location. I went back to confront them and was told they ship to the address they read off the package. I told them I listed 3 different packages to 3 different addresses. They went to the back to try and locate them. Of the 3, 2 were already shipped out and one of them they found. And clear as day the address on the package was not the same address as claimed by the postal worker. This is the kind of negligence that is now making me rethink how my small business ships product. Let's just say I will be exploring other options.
Haven’t received my mail in a whole week and a half
Own a small biz and use to ship things here all the time and most of the staff was pleasant, never had an issue. My brother moved here recently and had his mail forwarded to our home. One important document he was expecting even with certified and tracking disappeared from here and the way they responded/reacted when we tried to inquire about it was rude and extremely sus. Working for various gov agencies himself, he's taking the necessary steps to address this situation. As for me, taking my business elsewhere.
