If you prioritize one type of customer over another that is the definition of discrimination. I was told if have to move my appointment because they get a line around that time, after telling them I can be in there earlier it was still a no go. When I call a second time the guy agreed on 3:15, I filed a complaint because discriminatory practices are inherently evil. Prioritizing one person over another is a no go. Then when I went in to the 3:15 appointment, the manager/post master decided to wonder why I am filing a complaint, the associates were upset. I found that odd considering the manager was like "They come to me anyway so send them". Then why make it a big deal? Why not just avoid the argument so you don't waste your time, which you claim to be precious? Precious enough to the point where you'll cancel 10+ people's appointments. This is an injustice. Most of my friends that work at USPS have stated it's a challenge to get a job as everyone wants a job there, so maybe that is untrue. But if it is true I imagine they are making claims of being short staffed because USPS doesn't allocate the resources. That said if you close the door at 4 no matter if a line is around you cannot prioritize one person over another. Just let people be in line, take there picture, move on. I have worked on instances where I'm short staffed, but I've also waited patiently in a USPS line for 45 minutes, with no complaint. You will however receive these complaints if the service isn't there. I had to ask about another time. None of your employees offered an alternative, and that was after we couldn't come to an agreement on the first phone call, which I was hung up on. The excuse was "Oh I said goodbye" from the associate. Thanks for letting know that it's acceptable to say "Goodbye" and end phone calls whenever it's convenient for you.
I receive a lot of love shipments through USPS and this is my local office. They do a great job contacting me right away when birds arrive and handle them with great care. The staff are always polite and professionally friendly. The office is an older building, but clean and everything functions.
What can I say! Tommy and ALL of the Workers are SOOOO Nice and Cordial! I've never had any Problems with this Location. My Mail is Mailed Efficiently and the Workers Do their JOBS! I highly recommend this USPS!
Still waiting on my package since November 9th. Still not showing accepted. Had a rude worker named Jennifer. Says it was picked up by USPS in Butner, NC on November 2 which is a hour and a half away from here. My son was very disappointed because that was his Christmas present. It was a tablet. Learned my lesson.
It has been a little over two weeks and I still havnt receive my mailbox key. This is the worst you contact the office no answer. You don’t ever wanna leave a message they will never calm back. Poor customer service in person they have there phones in hand ear buds in their ear so they only hear partial of what your saying. They don’t read before they blurt out answers. I know I have mail piled up in my mailbox at my resident that I cannot retained because I really don’t believe they sent my form off. I just wanna get in my mailbox to get “MY” legal mail. They need to clean house in this building and replace with customer service friendly people. They need more training. Very disgusted in this place.
Everyone was helpful and polite. The line moved quickly. I took care of my business and was on my way in just a few minutes.
Dropped off two car payment bills inside the building in the slot on July 5th, 2022. Today is July 13th, they have still not been delivered to the creditors that they are supposed to be at by tomorrow in order not to be late. Where is my mail?????????
Just found a note on our sliding glass door, that there was no one home. There were three of us in the house and a dog that goes nuts whenever anyone comes to the door. Don't even have to ring the bell. They must have been very stealthy to go unnoticed by all us people in the house who weren't home.
Of all the GC branches, this is, by far, the worst branch. Number of ongoing issues with mail carriers, lost pkgs, pkgs left unscanned for days after being dropped off/slot, damaged packages. Manager has never been available. Most recently, service refused to a customer who was not wearing a mask. The employee was told to accommodate, yet still refused service.
I have ordered two QVC items and the tracking each time clearly states these packages were delivered to a “parcel locker.,”.No employee at this post office can find these items and my friend never received her gift. They have the tracking number for each item. What is happening to the postal service?? Therefore, I cannot order a third item. Who is getting these packages!!!!
