Every time I have visited this location I've been greeted by clerk 55 I apologize for not remembering your actual name you are always so kind, courteous, understanding and highly compassionate. You have a way of shifting Stressful situations into light hearted banter, no matter how under prepared I am, or how many people are behind me you always treat me like a valued customer and I truly appreciate it!
My priority package was last tracked at this destination facility since 9/5. It is now 9/12 and I have yet to receive my package. I’ve never had this happened before. Very Disappointing.
I’ve just moved to the area and make regular stops here to drop off packages. At my previous post office, using the drop box would result in “awaiting shipping” for days. This location is amazing and has always gotten my packages scanned in within hours of dropping off! no more waiting in line for a scanned receipt!
Lines are long, but the staff are very kind and helpful. They help you get the best deal. The person in front of me needed an item there faster than the postal service could deliver for a decent price. The worker was able to guide her to a competitor for delivery, even providing directions.
All of my packages 2 day or 3 day all take forever to move through this facility. my last package was supposed to be delivered over 15 days ago, and it was held up at this facility the whole time. If you guys are short on help, do what most businesses would do and give your workers an incentive to wanna work more.... yknow like giving them higher overtime pay.
Every time I buy something that goes through this distribution center it’s late. Arrived there April 9th and it’s not the 13th.. I’m in Maryland!
Why i cant use priority mail for my own box? This is the second time they pushed me to use ground shipping. My package is 6lbs and 12.5oz it is cheaper to use priority mail i have checked on the site i can use my own box. What a stupid post office
I’ve had multiple packages go through this facility recently and every single one will sit in there for almost a week before it moves, even when it’s priority mail! you can’t be serious?! just do your job!!!
Very friendly staff and great service. I stop in at least once a day to send my orders out and have got to known the staff fairly well. The same people there everyday are more than willing to help and assist those who inquire and have manors. Stress free!
Thank you for this essential part of communication between humans. It is the best part of my day, to receive mail. Always hoping for correspondence from family and friends, instead of junk mail. Again - Gratitude! Stay healthy. Much love, Hilary Werre
