Had a passport appointment for 245, asked the teller, he laughed it of saying when they agent is back. He is back. What do u want me to do. Then continued to laugh at us with other customers. Asked again after 30 mins of waiting and was just laughed at. The worst experience ever
Lovely Experience, I went on this site first time, Staff is very kind, cooperative, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the staff members helped me beyond my expectations. Wish I knew her name. I would definitely recommend this USPS.
They don’t even deserve 1 star. I entrusted USPS with the delivery of an important package, eagerly awaiting its arrival. However, to my dismay, I was informed that my package has been lost in transit. The fact that USPS has lost my package in the first place is outrageous, but what exacerbates the situation is the complete lack of accountability on the part of USPS. Despite numerous attempts to contact USPS and inquire about the whereabouts of my package, I have been met with nothing but indifference and apathy. The customer service representatives I spoke to seemed disinterested and failed to provide any helpful information. It is as if USPS does not care about the inconvenience and frustration caused to its customers.
If I could give them 0 star I would this people are extremely rude and never want to help or answer questions , I don’t understand what is wrong , but if you work with any kind of costumer service at least you should answer with simple yes or not when costumer have questions . We are paying for the service we don’t need grumpy faces
The line was very long and usually I wait as it goes pretty quickly. The service is usually consistently good. I’ve not had a bad experience here. Was a little messy and a self service machine inside was down. Used the one in the lobby, it was slow and not responding at times. Finally got my ONE package ready to go in about 15 minutes.
I agree with every negative review of this location. I recently went there for the first time. Right off the bat, Tom was extremely rude. I understand every job deals with frustrating people especially government jobs, however; the first thing said out of his mouth was abrasive and unnecessary. The rest of the conversation, Tom remained impolite.
I always thought that the government should help the office to keep it going, I have respect for government workers who-some of them -work hard to keep this country going. Today, after my experience with the post office, I changed my mind. I hope the Post office will go out of business and be replaced by a private entity. They have zero customer service attitude, impossible to get them on the phone; A third-world class office.
The staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable about their work. It is the BEST post office in the area although frequently crowded. My hat is off to the friendly staff. You guys rock!
So many bad reviews, I feel bad. I did not have a bad experience at this location. Yes you do have to wait in line and etc but the employees there aren’t bad at all. All helpful.
8-11-2023. I was they Friday. The post office, was clean and in a good location. The employees are professional and caring, they help everyone who comes there. Sincerely Marty Thomson
