They never fail to mix up our mail. My neighbors always end up with our mail. It’s happened at least 5x in one month! I’ve called regarding the issue and all they said was, “sometimes we have full-in drivers”. Okay, well fill-in or not, if they can’t read the address, they shouldn't be delivering mail. Not to mention, there has been several occasions where they leave the wrong key to the lockers. At first I thought maybe they mixed up the top from the bottom lockers. Nope. I’ve tried using the key on both the top and bottom and the key doesn’t fit. Must have mixed up the keys to completely different lockers. Such a mess. So frequent, that it’s becoming such an annoying ordeal. They need better drivers!
There was this black lady she skipped our mail because she was to lazy to get out of her truck and when and we were screaming for her she just drove off, then we waited for her to come back to ask her if she had mail for us she told me If I had any mail for you I would have gave it to you in a roud way. THEN WE TOLD her her over ADDRES THEN she rudely reached into her pouch then gave us the mail in a rude mood and that was ridiculous.
I came in today on 11/19/22 around 11am and the gentleman with the glasses & great smile helped me out. I was having trouble finding my package but he put it aside for me when he found it and was ready to hand it to me when I came. Great customer service, went above and beyond and giving its around Christmas its crucial, so I really appreciate it. Unlike the the older man who seemed annoyed when I asked for help, I came the previous day I had to ask him how he can help me, rather the other way around. He didn’t really try and gave me a number to call, unlike the younger gentleman who took the liberty of calling for me while looking for my package.
Look i know we have had some bad times at the post office but really they are nice people. From my experience is that the people that work there now are nice i have not had one bad experience with them before i ordered a package online and it got there 2 days earlier even tho i didn't put in fast delivery. People can have there own onions on there experience i'm just saying what i think.
This Is It! I've tired of not getting packages. I'm always getting mail from others, and not getting mine. What can I Do, I spend a lot of money in the last 5 years they know know who I am just yesterday I had a package left at on my front door. Went out to mailbox got my mail, and around 7:30 7/22/2021 I was looking on ebay and see that my package was left. This Isn't the first time this kind of Issue has happen. What am I gonna do? Can you at lease give me a call?, or help me get my package? Larry Dodson
They lost my mail after I submitted my change of address forms, then I had to resubmit my change of address forms 2 more times and still didn’t get all of my mail. They lost my paperwork for my FMLA/PDI and it almost cost me my job. I was automatically denied my temporary disability and my family leave because they never delivered my paperwork. Now my family and health will have to suffer and I won’t be reimbursed for my time off work to have my daughter because these people are so incompetent. They’ve been giving me the run around non stop and nobody seems to know anything or know where my mail is and it’s damn near impossible to talk to a real person on the phone. But when you go into the post office they are rude and unhelpful and just keep telling you to call this number and that number only for those people to tell you they don’t know anything and to go into the post office. This is ridiculous.
People always complain about the automatic voicemails or whatever but if you want to talk to REAL people then your best and only bet would be to go in there, they’re always understanding and can help you out with whatever and if that person isn’t doing what they’re suppose to then ask to talk to someone else and they’ll get someone who’s obviously more understanding and prolly higher than them. I love the post office, it makes getting mail so much easier although I wish I had a regular mail box LOL
This is the busiest time of year for the Post Office, knowing that fact it is almost impossible to see it. What I mean is my mail carrier and his supervisor Robert handled a situation that I had come up wonderfully. They are very kind patient individuals. Great job U.S.P.S. in hiring these two gentlemen.
Cannot get help for the last 4 years mail being left on ground, packages left in driveway and on top of trashcan next to the road
They deliver stuff earlier then the date they said and to finish it off, they don't notify you if they took it back or not. In addition, in my case they deliver a Galaxy S7 and they didn't knock our door and marked it deliver. It seems that they don't care about customer service after all.
