Literally the rudest, laziest worker I’ve ever met. Demanded I give her the zip code of where it’s going when I had a return shipping label and told me that affects the dimensions of the package because they can only be so big?? The zip code affects that. On top of that she swore up and down “my machine won’t read that” I put it up on the counter and surprised surprise it would. She told me I needed to leave because they’d be closing shortly it was 8pm they close at 9. This woman is awful and they seriously need to review who they’re actually hiring better will be going to their east Tulsa sight because clearly she’s incompetent. Awful that east Tulsa has to work harder to make up for that mess
The lady at the counter tonight was very nice. Didn’t have any international stamps. She offering to run each one through the system but I had too many so I’ll get stamps online.
There is this black guy who works there sometimes and always on Saturdays. He's unprofessional and causes at the UPS FedEx and DHL drivers and threatening them. Refusing to take pkgs over 35 pounds. Threatened say to drivers either they can lift pkgs heavy or take it with them. I'm not scared out this dude either. He drives a range Rover or a BMW. Thinks he is better than everyone. But lazy. Mixed PKGs from UPS FedEx to DHL. This person gives bad customer service. Cusses at the customers and threatening customers too. That person should be fired for unprofessional customers service.
Most generally there is a very sweet woman working but not today if looks could kill, all I was trying to do was get some mail, sent out and this was the rudest woman I’ve ran across working here. No thank you or anything with a stink eye that could’ve put me 6 ft under!!! Can someone explain customer service to this lady?!?!?! Simply because she was in the middle of counting her drawer!!! Customer comes first dear!!!!!
Its normally pretty busy there but the line moves pretty quick for there only being one person on at a time. The best part about this location is the hours. They are open much later than any other post office I'm aware of which is very helpful. They don't open up as early as everyone else but I know for sure that on Saturdays are open until 4pm which is super helpful. The only thing I would suggest for them would be to put up a sign on the street since its hard to see from the road but its easy to get to once you know where it is.
I would rather go to this location than any other one in Tulsa, they have always been super fast & super friendly & never real busy! & love how easy it is to get in & out of with out fighting traffic!
The customer service here has suffered since a change of personnel. The new lady is older and sweet as can be but is so inefficient and slow I dread coming here. I can be first in line or fifth, it takes at least 20 minutes to get a single package scanned in and paid for. I have stood in line for over 45m bc this lady is so slow. She moves slow, talks slow. She will scan in people with 30 envelopes individually rung up before people in line, so they can walk in and cut right to the front. I never had this issue before and I've been coming here for years. I will go to other post offices from now on, this has turned into a frustrating and time consuming headache every single time.
the worst experience of my life for me and my 2-year-old daughter the worker treated me the worst apart from racist she started talking badly to my 2-year-old daughter I asked her to stop talking to my daughter like that, the woman tried to hit me She is a short-haired lady with big eyes and glasses. Be very careful going there. I need to talk to her bosses because that is not done. She is an older woman, short hair, glasses and very large very large eyes, a USPS worker
They are thieves, the postman does not deliver the package, marks it as delivered and keeps it or leaves it in other places where thieves do not belong
Always helpful and friendly. Theresa can have a line to the door and still treats each customer with respect and efficiency. She is very good at her job, and very upbeat. I travel to this post office because of the hours and service.
