Rude employee working here. Also he could not tape up my little package. I had forgotten to tape it and I was passing by this post office so figured they could tape it for me. Guess it hurt him to tape it. He was making me purchase a tape and put it on my package . I asked him few times to just tape it so I don’t have to purchase it but he didnt. I don’t think it would be a problem but apparently to him it was
Our small neighborhood post office always provides prompt reliable service, and I've never had any issues. Erwin, Ron and Stacey are great and very polite. Today, I went there to mail an international package, Ron takes extra steps to use clear tape to secure the address on the package. Thank you all so very much for your help. I really appreciate you. The staff in this office is like neighborhood family and they have a very friendly attitude toward the customers. They are always very helpful and take time to answer your questions and remind you to buy stamps :-
Sent two packages internationally. Once in february, never made it. Did international express march 10 and it didnt even make its way to los angeles international distribution center till march 19. Now 21st and it still says its at distribution center. Dont use usps stick with the privately owned competitors.
Small neighborhood post office. Always gets my packages out safe. Never had a problem. Erwin, Ron, and Stacey are great. Wish they were open on Saturdays. If you need a bigger office, try the main post office on Crenshaw. Have fun trying to park and waiting in line with 100 other people.
Why, WHY do we continue to accept awful customer service from RUDE condescending postal employees. This is the WORST post office to deal with, and for this area, That is saying something. Avoid if possible!!!!!
I have never had a bad experience here. Honestly, I don't even live around here and I choose to come to this specific post office. Erwin had always helped me and I am happy to know that he works there, taking care of my postal needs. Thank you very much, everyone that works here.
I had no expectations due to the low ratings. The workers were polite and helped me mail my passport renewal application.
Never had a problem at the Walteria Post Office, the folks there are knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all friendly. Thank you Ron, Erwin, and Stacy for all your help over the years :-
My package was stolen from the prepaid package closet. Staff was very nonchalant and disregarded my complaint. They insulted my intelligence, stating that perhaps I dropped off a UPS package instead. I am filing a complaint with the police.
The only post office I go to. They are efficient, knowledgeable and really nice!
