Their employees are incapable of delivering packages as scheduled and they are also incapable of reading notices stating to leave the package if no answer they don't need signed for. No knocking, no ringing the doorbell, nothing. Every other package that is handled by this office is not delivered when it is supposed to be for one excuse or another. Conveniently, every Sunday delivery has also been incomplete due to "No access to delivery location", apparently they are too lazy to get out of their vehicle and walk up 5 steps to a porch. Multiple complaints have been filed with the local Post Master and nothing has changed. They have no problem cramming my mailbox full of junk mail, but anything larger than a letter is apparently impossible and takes several attempts to get it right. And people wonder why the USPS is bleeding money; incompetent employees that are incapable of performing an extremely simple task.
They have wheelchair accessible entrances here. They're very helpful. Love this place!!
Jakob was Extremely rude. Claimed he was doing a courtesy by literally doing his job ensuring the mail I paid to have delivered was held at the post office so I can retrieve it myself. I show up and they held the wrong package. Had they asked me for the proper information before i traveled there it would have actually been convenient. Instead I was told to “get out of my lobby” when I asked “how in fact it’s a courtesy to do your job”. People are stressed during the holidays and as a employee of the USPS respect should be the minimum. He then Told me not to call there again because he will not hold my packages. I’m not sure he realizes it’s a public service and he’s a public servant. Maybe this isn’t the position for you sir.
Worker was not wearing a mask when he knocked on the door to deliver mail, that was not ours in the first place. He then got agitated and told me that we need to put up a mail box even though one, the mail he was trying to deliver was not ours and two, we get our mail sent to a po box and have for years. There was clearly an election ballot in the bundle he was trying to wrongfully deliver to our address so god God forbid it gets to the proper person too late and they can't vote. I don't know if they're under new management or what but if you can avoid dealing with them I would.
I have to leave at one store because I can't leave no stars they delivered a $200 air fryer I ordered to the wrong address and their explanation was if it wasn't there that she would knock on the door wow way to go United States Post office
This postal service is very unprofessional jacob and anthony are very inconsiderate and rude very nonchalant my package wasn't delivered due to their negligent not being attentive at all if their not putting the wrong mail in my mailbox their not delivering my package Anthony gone say the mail got missortesd idc what happened they were responsible for my package being delivered no apology or nothing just terrible employees Jacob had the audacity to say I could come get it or have it delivered tomorrow that's not my responsibility Jacob said it's a 20 minute drive for them to have to come back and deliver one package idc had they been more attentive this wouldn't of happened
Signed and left pink slip for a package to be redilivered. Still didnt show up for 3 days called them and said they would deliver it next day. Get a notification saying it was delivered at 530 pm while I was home and isn't even business hours needless to say it's not here. Second time this has happened and losing my own money because of it. On top of constantly getting other people's mail.
Jacob strikes again. Based on the information in other reviews, he has the worst customer service in the business. He’s rude, snarky, and unprofessional. I literally hate doing business here because of this person.
Almost daily I'm getting someone else's mail and I'm delivering it myself. I have also not received packages that I know was sent to me because some dishonest person probably received them at their residence. I've definitely lost out on money lately.
They say my order is delivered. It was never delivered. Call and not good service to help me solve the problem. Mail carrier is off so no information. But nothing or no one came to my home to deliver anything on MLK day. Very angry the package was very expensive and they act like I’m crazy saying it did NOT show up. I’m not done with this to I get answers
