I love USPS - and even though I had to stand in line for over 45 minutes- the staff treated me with kindness and grace - Special shoutout to the lady who works the window where you receive your packages - The tissue for my issue was handed right on point- thank you
Took 2 months to get my key. Got it after a month and then it wasn’t working. Went back, and they had my address wrong. A month later I got my key again.. this time, they didn’t know the mailbox. Nobody thought to write it down I guess. Told me to try every single box in my community or wait for the mailman to ask him. Also, I come every time at 8:30 am and the wait is never less than 45 minutes.
WE had just moved to this area and had not received our mail key, for 4 months. I made several calls. I finally got through and the Supervisor for customer care support came out changed the box key and gave us our keys, in the same day that we spoke. I forgot her name, but she was very understanding and helpful. The post office needs more help. And people need to calm down and be understanding and patient. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND UNDERSTANDING.
Just left this location, and the older Asian man cannot remember his name working there was rude and condescending. The other employees seemed happy and were nice to their customers. And I was very polite so it was not warranted behavior.
I lived on W Mistral Ave for four years, and Ivan is the best mailman I've ever encountered. He is so courteous, friendly, and overall lovely. I could be having a horrible day, and his bright smile and positivity would literally give me a reason to keep going and be grateful. If there is any way to commend this man and let him know how he has positively impacted my life, please do. He's a gem in this world. Thank you for being a good human, Ivan.
The Post Office on Russel is dreadful! There is no sense of urgency! It takes months to get a lock change, which forces people to go to the Post Office repeatedly. The line for pickups is soooo long, and only one very slow person assisting the customers! It is shameful!
My God this has to be the slooooowest post office in town. Staff is extremely rude. And if you happen to get this old Asian man working in the pick up line then plan on waiting a very long time. The service here is so bad I'm going further than a bad review on google. Be warned this man in pick up line is very very rude.
This place is the absolute worst. I can’t get my mail delivered unless I pay for a parcel locker which is a rip off and the postal carriers are instructed not to leave packages at the door even though amazon and ips and fed ex do. One person works the window and it takes at least an hour to get your package. In California if you have a package you can go to any window with the receipt and get your package. In Vegas for some odd reason only one window handles this and the person move fast like molasses. Just terrible. They need to figure out a better system and stop wasting people’s time
the customer service is worst. They have line for pick up only all the time but not so long line to ship things out. So i can’t miss it that they don’t focus on the things it’s already paid and pick up but they only focus to collect money for new packages to ship out. Only one employee for pick up and four to ship out. I was in the line from 11:11. Line was all the way to the door. I left at 12:09. The line was still all the way to the back end. I left.
For the 8 years that I've lived here there has been a persistent line that is 3 hours long at the will call window. The line that goes to the regular help windows is 15 minutes long, at most. There's only one person working at the will call window. If you don't have a mail key you have to wait at will call to pick up your mail. It takes 4 to 9 months for them to make a mail key. The question is how do we, the taxpayer, get them to fire the manager and hire someone who actually has organizational skills?
