Postal Connections

Great place to get my shipping and printing needs. People have to remember...this isn't a FedEx shipping center or the UPS store, or the Post office. They are a third-party company that "accepts" UPS, FedEx & USPS shipments. With that said they will have a markup on all shipping charges to cover their services. They do notary and prints..but all at a cost. So stop expecting everything for free! Since they are not an "official" UPS store or FedEx service center, that means they can't access the corporate systems when you bring in a QR code. Just be thankful they are even here to help the area's shipping needs. It could be worse...you can drive your happy butt to Kingman! Either way...they are very nice people with fair prices. I've had a mailbox with them since 2017 and couldn't be happier.

Went with a return, walked in and was immediately told they don't do QR codes....not hello can I help you...just straight up attitude. Then when I explained I had an email with the label then they wanted to charge me $1.25 to print the label. Had the woman been a little more nice I would not have mind paying, but with attitude like that I won't give you a dime.

They have a great customer service with a smile attitude and the packages get to their destination on time

I came in on the 6th of August 2021 trail a money order. It had to be mailed quickly. So a redheaded girl told overnight mail. The price she gave me was $100 dollars for a letter that weigh less than ounce! Oanther lady told me priority mail cheaper ,3 day business day mail, price around $11 dollars. So I paid priority mail. The letter was sent regular mail, 7 to 10 days. My car payment will be late because of their incompetence. I definitely will not do business with this place anymore. They just took me for $11 dollars. Don't do business with these people. Next time regular post office. They are not honest!!!

Took a QR Code e-mailed to me by Frontier Communications for returning a modem. I took the QR code on my phone to Postal Connections. I was told they don’t scan QR Codes to print shipping labels. My question is “Why Not???”. I thought this place was a full shipping service operation. Obviously not!

These people know shipping and mail. The way the Post Office should! Much more convenient than standing in line at the Post Office right around the corner.

They do a great job of taking care of all of your shipping needs. They have all of the supplies you may need, boxes, packing material, etc. All you need is to bring in what you need shipped and they take care if the rest, and the best part is they are very friendly. And if you are a returning customer, they have all of your info in the computer so you don't have to give it every time you come in. Love this place.

Didn't send my package UPS as instructed, instead sent it USPS. NOW my 2 packages have been returned to sender. I am moving there. Went in & asked why I couldn't track it UPS Told me she didn't send it UPS because it would cost 3 times as much! Really. This place is incompetent

I was told I would have 24/7 access to my mailbox. Well here I am, 1:05pm Saturday 5 minutes after closing, drove a half hour and the doors are all locked. Add to that the sign on their doors still says open till 5. 2 stars instead of 1 because the employees are friendly.

Very courteous, and professional employees. They are willing to help and take all the time you need to make a decision about which shipping company you wish to go with. They cost a little more then if you take it to the post office, however they will tape up your box for free, and with a smile.
