Our attorneys have a long track record of successfully representing employers in federal and state courts, in single plaintiff and class action cases, and before federal and state administrative agencies, including in particular the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). LITIGATION
Our litigation roster counts a dozen experienced trial and appellate lawyers, most of whom spent their formative years at AmLaw 20 firms or the Department of Justice trying a range of cases, from large, complex, multi-party actions to smaller, more routine commercial litigation. Our lawyers also have substantial expertise in handling corporate investigations, including government-initiated and whistle-blower investigations. A middle-heavy structure – the group consists of a small number of partner/counsel level attorneys, a larger number of 7th and 8th year associates, and a handful of paralegals – allows us to pursue cases aggressively but efficiently, without the cost burden of a more traditional pyramid arrangement.
