The founder and director of the studio is Steven Branfman, well known raku artist and author of four books. His most recent is "Mastering Raku: Making Ware-Glazing-Building Kilns-Firing"
We are a fully equipped, professional clay studio, gallery, school, and bookstore. We offer adult classes and 3 levels of studio membership. Our bookstore is known throughout the world as having the largest selection of pottery books, films, and handmade potters tools. We are potters and we speak the language of clay!
