Quality at right price
TERRIBLE SERVICE! MORE THAN 1 MONTH AGO I BOUGHT A CRIB, AND IT HAS NOT ARRIVED. THEY SAY THEY CAN'T TRACK WHERE THE CRIB IS. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE STORE PHONE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

They never answer the phone!! I've been dialing at all hours for 2 weeks and nothing. I got a customer service phone that answers in CDMX and they only have the same phone that is published here and they have no contact with the store either.
Excellent service... The requested product was not in stock... but they help you find it in the system or request it from the warehouse so you can pay and pick it up once the product arrives... everyone is very kind...
