Walked in with only 30 minutes till closing. Was looking to see certain beds. Asked the staff and they were prompt to direct us to the bed section. Offered additional service and suggestions. Karen was our gal who was taking care of us. We were never rushed and got all our questions answered complete with fabric swatches to take home. As we will have this bed for a while, worth spending a little more time to find something nice. Pottery Barn delivers all the above and it looks like we found something we really like.
Extremely rude Customer service from an individual rep!!! So we have a toddler who is super active, despite of us trying hard to control him, he is only a 2 year old boy and got bumped into a table accidentally. A candle holder fell down and broke. I called this ladyI do not want to mention her name and she was extremely rude! Never for once she asked if the little boy is okay??? instead she said if we can control him even though she has seen our struggle. She also asked if she can help us to find anything so that we can leave!!! I mean really??? We just spent 15k on Furnitures from this store!! what a shame!!!!
Jennifer and Leslie were SO helpful and friendly today helping me solve a design dilemma. They both had great suggestions and explained the "why" so I even learned from them. Excellent customer service!
Great upscale store. Very helpful staff
We ordered furniture in Feb of 2021 and promised it by April. It's May and we still have nothing, they hit my card for over $6,000 and they are still unable to tell me when my stuff is coming. DO NOT trust them or use them. I think they have a company policy to tell you anything just to keep the sale.
Change from other review. They placed a wrong order then blamed me. Had to get refund and waited 4 months for it to arrive
I wrote a 5 star review of this location about a year ago. Today, 7/21/19 is a completely different story. The manager on duty was extremely unhelpful. They had on display a stool we wanted to buy and were told we couldn’t buy it. I’m not sure why they would have a stool that we could only purchase if we ordered online. In order to do this the stool would be $40 more and we would also pay for shipping. This makes completely no sense. We have spent a lot of money in that location in the past No more, we are bringing our business elsewhere.
Lack of customer service when inquiring about overdue shipment whether in store or at corporate number. Different answers given by different people. Was 1st time buyer of a big ticket item and will be hesitant to buy from them again.
Extremely poor customer service. Walked up to the lady behind the counter to inquire about outdoor furniture. She’s engaged in a personal conversation with another Co-worker then she looks at me and says:”yes”. As opposed to “how can I help you” I stood there stunned. Then she goes oh I was talking to her, pointing to the co worker. Then she says, can I help you? I said no. She was like “ok!” I will never be back. Extremely poor level of customer service PB.
I knew exactly what I wanted and they helped me set up an in home delivery. Unfortunately by and large the products they have are narrow in style and I was not interested in anything else. If you do not like what you see in the display window you will not have better luck inside.
