Received an empty box today 6/6/2023. Contacted ups and the company my banner was ordered from to confirm shipment. Someone either in the Pottsville or cressona post office is stealing my mail and now a package? Filed a claim for lost and stolen mail in Feb 2023 and STILL have not heard anything back. Next will be criminal charges.
They said that they brought my package to my mail box. My mailbox has a lock on it. I believe they delivered it to the wrong mailbox. They are trying to say it was stolen but it has a lock on it. They said they would check if it got put in th wrong mailbox but they haven't came yet. They are closing soon and they were supposed to come today.
USPS failed to deliver the package to the recipient. The tracking showed that the package was being stored at this USPS location and available for pickup. When the recipient went to pick up the package, Pottsville USPS said they couldn't find it.
Just want to give the Pottsville Post Office 5 stars on their Passport Services! Very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend over Hamburg Post Office any day!
everyone is very helpful and they do their best to keep the line moving on a busy day. They always help me get the best boxes to ship things and make it easy. I've never seen any of the employees be rude to a customer. I've had to add additional shipping a few times and they were very helpful. Only improvements i could think of is to be open a little longer on Saturdays.
I would like to personally thank Charlie and Jill. I had sent a package to PA and made an error on the address by writing 90 instead of 9. I was panicked and called their office. Charlie was calm and collected, and found the details of my package immediately. He called the carrier, Jill, who as quoted by Charlie "a quality carrier" realized that the number was a mistake and kindly delivered it to the corrected address without an issue even before I made the call. Talk about going above and beyond for the job and customer. I am absolutely grateful that Jill is so observant, kind, and considerate for going out her way to make the quick trip to the correct address, and that Charlie was so quick to resolve my issue in such a calm manner. Thank you, Charlie and Jill. You are both wonderful people and truly made my day.
Slow and unorganized. To give you an idea on how they treat customers. For some reason they couldn't deliver my package to my house with the rest of the packages and mail that were ordered from Amazon. So I went over the day after and asked where they were. Of course the lady pretended to look and came back with nothing so I showed her the tracking and said they are here. Then she comes back and tells me they threw away 3 packages of mine "over $200", literally threw them away - no joke and all of a sudden the trash was taken out as well that day. They were at the office for less than 24 hrs and they just throw them away. Seems like associates are stealing packages and I called USPS headquarters and they are investigating. Please avoid this USPS office and associates I hope higher up associates fix this issue.

Charlie Hashin that works here is very rude and ignorant when dealing with customers! I had called about a package I never received and says it was left at my home with someone when it was not he was laughing at me and said it was left with the dog! Then when asked to speak to his boss he told me no! N started yelling at me. I wanted to know who the carrier was that he said left it at my home and he would not give me that information probably because they stole it, it was never left at my home with anyone and now Christmas presents I had ordered are gone and thought of as a joke. Do not go to this place as long as an ignorant person like Charlie Hashin works here!!!
Awful employees, none of which know how to read properly specific shipping directions. I have had my packages failed for delivery numerous times because their employees are not trained properly. Avoid using this facility to ship or deliver your packages at all costs!
