The food use to be good, the employees are not so nice at times... purchased the family meal the salad was not washed or cleaned the quality of lettuce was horrible, the tomatoes were mushy...you could taste the sand in the salade.this is so wrong on every level, the food is not the best anymore.. I'm done November 10, 2021 here are photos to prove. This was my go to place for week nights and if I had unexpected visits we would always go there for food....You lost a good client. I can't have people play with my food, I pay full price and expect full service. If your salade is bad... don't serve it!!!!
The food was delicious and there were plenty of napkins on the table which was great. Very friendly and polite.
Food was not fresh. It was stale. The chicken went bad. The fries were hard not fresh. Rice was cold. The only good thing was the saladFood: 1/5
I found the meat dry and not salted enough. The fries lacked taste although I saw the woman mix it with something spices. The rice is dry too but maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. Overall very dry and lacked taste. I have no intention of ever going back. The employees are nonchalant and I don't see the point in wearing their masks on their chin??
I've been eating at this place for 12 years now and I've never been disappointed the quality/price ratio is one of the best. You always know what to expect, a spicy chicken sandwich, seasoned fries and a simple salad on the side without having to sell you kidney to pay for it. Don't go there expecting anything fancy or having high hopes. It's a classic almost dinner type restaurant that is a must in that neighborhood. If you're looking for good portions of Portuguese comfort food, you're at the right place.
the half chicken plate was really good, although a bit much on the portion size Nd the chicken poutine was amazing. staff is very friendly, loved it there!Recommended dishes1 2 Chicken Combo
Yesterday i had a visit to this restaurant , was with my two best friends ...had a feast of kings ! For a cost of 60 $ we had 2 full chicken with 2 big fries and 2 big salads ! Was so delicious , and fresh ! I would come back again and again ! The dessert was fresh out of the oven !!! So underated !
Lots of food, too much for with half chicken platter. I'm picky about my fries. They are the good home cut fries. Mine could have been a tiny bit warmer. Chicken was fine at "hot" level for me. The under side of chicken was a big too blackened for me, but the skin and meaty side were fine. Latte was average.Food: 4/5
