Formerly known as Cheer Chicago, Powerhouse Athletics was created in 2011 to bring the sports of cheer to the south suburban community.
South Suburban All Star Cheer, Dance and Drill program founded in 2011 with the goal to provide EVERY child with the opportunity to showcase their talent in a warm and inviting setting. No child is turned away due to their financial situation or where they may reside. Power House Athletics has a spot for everybody. Based in South Holland and Homewood, Illinois. Power House Athletics has a spot for everyone. We are always looking for cheerleaders and dancers ages three and older with all ability levels. Come try us out.
To provide competitive cheerleading and dance to individuals by teaching basic to advanced fundamentals; as well as teamwork and other life skills to form humble, responsible athletes. We strive for a fun and positive learning environment. Our All-Star program provides the competitive edge to cheerleaders and dancers that they may not get at their respective schools. The higher-level skills and training can lead to college cheerleading and dance scholarships for top individuals. At Power House Athletics of Illinois, we offer great coaches with excellent experience to take your child to the next level. We encourage our athletes to show character, initiative, teamwork, leadership, and dedication to their craft and strive for higher goals regardless of their present level in order to surpass their individual and team goals.
