Friendliness does not negate the amount of disorganization involved with memberships. In light of a global pandemic: 2 days before shutting down as per official government mandate, payment was taken for the monthly membership. I am not able to use the facilities entitled to me as a member because of the mandate and I am left without the monthly membership amount that it costs to exercise here. Furthermore, the gym is closed and personal training still gets drafted from my account ledger. Again, it makes zero sense to draft my account when the facility is closed due to a National and global pandemic. The worst part about it all is that you’re left in the dark. No one answers the phone much less the messages left to express concern about transactions. If your gym is closed due to a pandemic and you have a list of members, it would be courteous to call them and inform them of the events unfolding. Perhaps then ideas could be generated about shutting off the payment system.
Great gym if you are looking for a smaller less busy gym. They have all the basics plus some cool stuff like a cardio theater, spin class room, and a high tech body scanner. 24 hour access.
Clean,friendly staff. Can approach them with anything. Have great nutritional plans nd trainers at an affordable rate. Joey knows his stuff. Anna is a kind,friendly nd considerate. Jst don't push her buttons. Its jst taking off so take advantage of thier great deals people. Its worth it. U wanna get in shape in time for christmas cuz lets face it, Thanksgiving is a lost cause to get in shape. Visit and tour powerhouse gym.
I have never wrote a review anywhere but this place is horrible! I signed up three weeks ago and this place happens to shutdown because of the coronavirus which is totally fine but just a quick reminder if you happen to shutdown you make sure you LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW! I’ve been trying to reach these people for days now and nobody has answered I tried every way possible to get a hold of somebody and haven’t got a single reply , Yes I need my money back!
Ask for Mayra, great customer service, gym is new and always clean. Girls always disinfecting kids area and equipment.
It's a great size gym with amazing and affective equipment
I love it. It's clean and the workers are friendly.
