I am a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and a graduate of Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. I also have a degree in Therapeutic Recreation, a rehabilitative medicine that uses recreation and play as healing tools. In the past I have been a yoga and rock climbing instructor, and I want to continue to try to help people find peace and happiness in their lives. I am like your typical primary care doctor, except that in addition to the ability to diagnose conditions, draw necessary labs, and prescribe medicines, I am also additionally trained in the use of herbal medicines, vitamin and nutrient therapies, exercise prescription, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and physical medicine.
