Very disappointing nail experience to say the least. I’ve been getting SNS for many years and I have never been more upset with how it’s turned out than when I came here. No drill bit was used to smooth out the nail and no top coat was put on at the end so my nails felt rough and not put together. The pedicure was basic and not much was done to exfoliate my feet. The only thing I walked out happy with was my gel toe nail polish. Everything else was awful. In the photo you can see the fake nail tip she applied and idk about anyone else but I would prefer not to see that. I wanted to support other stylists and techs there bc I love the hair stylist I see there but I was greatly disappointed. I wanted to do something new, nice, and fun for my birthday coming up but I had to take off the nails that were applied and have them re done else where. If SNS cannot be performed properly than it shouldn’t be offered. If you’re someone like me who likes SNS nails then I wouldn’t come here for that.  Update: I received a voicemail from the manager offering me a refund and I appreciate them reaching out and trying to right the wrong  I will be returning for my hair in the futureServices:&nbsp;Manicure

Kendall was amazing! Super sweet and did an incredible job on my nails. Absolutely love what she did...very Wednesday valentine vibes  will definitely be back to see her again.

The spa is beautiful and everything is clean.  Receptionist was very friendly and made me feel like she was glad i was there.  Kendall did an excellent pedicure.  She kept checking to make sure i liked the length, etc.  Great selection of colors.   Ill be back.  Cant wait to try some other services.  Practically Perfect??? Three of us friends came for same-time massages this past week. We ALL thoroughly enjoyed them.  Check-in was nice and easy and they got us back promptly.  I personally had Tracy do my massage and it was amazing! So relaxing and just great. She was super nice too. We had a nice experience and I would be happy to recommend to others.Service:&nbsp;Massage

My wife literally just left this place. I bought her a gift certificate for around $300 which she wanted to finally use today. She called and made her appointment for manicure, pedicure and a 90 minute deep massage.  So when she showed up today they did not even have her on the appointment book for a manicure or pedicure. They said they might can squeeze her in and they finally did. They barely cut her toenails and put on two coats of nail polish but did not have the matching polish for her finger nail. So she had to end up with two different colors. She goes to get her deep massage and it lasted about 60 minutes instead of the 90 minutes she requested and when she let the lady know it was supposed to be 90 minutes her response was well I just don’t have time for you to do that today.  Do not waste your money or your time at this establishment. It is supposed to be a day to go and relax and get pampered which is what I was really hoping my wife would get because she deserves it but instead it was nothing but grief and stress trying to get what I had already paid for. She asked to speak to the manager but was told the manager was not there.  I am about to put this on Google reviews as well because this is absolutely uncalled for and really really irritates me because I was trying to make sure that my wife had a wonderful day but this place has absolutely ruined it. Lisa was incredible! I was overdue for a massage and have a lot of shoulder/neck pain from working at a desk all day. Lisa gave me the perfect full body, deep tissue massage that helped release so much tension I was experiencing. It was very relaxing as well! Lisa is super friendly and made my entire experience so enjoyable. I woke up this morning with less back pain, no stiff neck and I slept like a baby! Please go see her! I will be recommending her to everyone I know Service:&nbsp;Massage

I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful experience I had at this salon. Cheney listened to what I was looking to accomplish and she did it!! She is a great hair artist and I will definitely return. I should mention the staff and her apprentice are very welcoming. Thank you for making me feel beautiful when I left.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

My daughter Lillie & I both came in for facials today and really enjoyed our spa time. I had a 60 minute facial with Bridget that was so relaxing. Bridget was very sweet, professional and informative.  My daughter Lillie who is 12 had the teen facial with Madison. Madison was great with Lillie and explained everything as she did it.  Madison was very polite and made Lillie feel at ease since she can be nervous around new people. We can’t wait to come enjoy the spa services again soon!Service:&nbsp;Skin treatments

Maddie has done a phenomenal job with my skin over the past several months. As someone who has never had “clear skin”, I was always anxious leaving the house with adult acne at nearly 30 years old, which I thought would never go away. However, Maddie worked her magic on my skin and it’s never been better - I wish I met Maddie years ago! She is amazing and has really helped change my life. She always recommends great products that work for me and she does a wonderful job at explaining what each product is specifically for. She is a gem and I’ll forever be grateful for her! My daughter and I both got our hair cut by Cheney. She did an amazing job! She's so friendly and easy to talk to, and she really listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions when I asked. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly as well. We will definitely be back!Service:&nbsp;Haircut
