Excellent and friendly customer service. Quality product.
I walked in to this Prada boutique, there were two associates standing in front of the door having a conversa that sounded fun I passed by them , walked all around the store which was not that busy , walked out without being helped at all ! Not even a greeting at the door? That’s sad!
Careful when you buy something here , I buy a par of shoes that I use ones and broke they said that warranty don’t apply because I wear the shoes so basically I pay $700 to use a pair of shoes one time . The customer service was horrible . Now I have to trough away a shoes that I use one and buy then 4 months ago .
Not much collections they had, but they have Miu Miu too. If you like that

I currently applied for a sales associate position within this location. I called multiple time to only be told by an associate that the job as been filled. I received a call back a few days later in regards to a part time stock position and was told to submit my resume and that we would have a conversation in regards to the position. Once I submitted my resume I called back and was told that I wasn’t qualified due to me having another job and that they only wanted mornings. I have been in retail for 20 years and I have never treated potential talent with tenor and experience the way this manager did and over the phone. When great talents comes, you recruit them, not dismiss them.
