We have been twice and had a great experience both times. My daughter was anxious and they did a great job making her feel like she was heard and comfortable. All of the staff, from the time you walk in until the time you leave, is very professional and welcoming. Dr. Cortez is amazing! I could see her genuine care and concern for my daughter the whole time. Thank you!!

I love bringing my Kids to see Dr Emily! We have been going to this office since it very first open! Everyone is sooo personable and they certainly make us feel like family. They often ask how we are doing and like to catch up on what is going on in our lives. The service is incredible from the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist to the doctor! We are so blessed to have found this office for the dental needs of my kiddos. 5 star service for sure.

We had our first appointment at Prairie Pediatric Dentistry. They were so patient with my children and I greatly appreciated their kindness. Dr. Cortes was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining things.

I have two daughters that are 3 and 4 we are always able to book them together so they are seen by dental hygienists at the same time. The dental hygienists are very friendly, and help my daughters relax and get the cleaning done with no tears. Dr Emily is kind and provides information to me as a parent of things we need to work on and any potential issues that could arise. They offer toys and stickers which the girls love to get after the appointment.

My kids love to go to the dentist and it’s all thanks to this wonderful team at Prairie Pediatric Dentistry! They always make us feel welcomed and very professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Absolutely the best!

The office has a typical wait time of 15-25 minutes when I've gone, but there are toys for your child to play with in the waiting room. The office staff do their best to help your child feel comfortable for the entirety of the visit. They have toys and stickers to help smooth over some jitters or as a reward. Young children get their teeth brushed then Dr. Emily comes to take a look. The team is patient with your child, and do their best to explain what they are doing and make it fun.

Always kind and patient with the kids. Timely appointments. And have been great at knowing what is covered or not covered by our insurance and working within that scope. The kids look forward to going to the dentist!

Our kids 7 & 11 enjoy their semi-annual check-ups are Prairie Pediatric Dental! The staff are so kind and patient with them, it really makes a difference.

I highly recommend Prairie Pediatric Dentistry. I have a child with special needs and dental care is a challenge. Dr. Cortez and her staff are always professional and compassionate when treating him. They are competent in caring for his dental needs and provide suggestions on how to maximize his dental care at home. My other two children have stated that they really enjoy going to the dentist. They especially love the activities available in the waiting room and how you can choose a small prize at the end of your visit. PPD is the best pediatric dental practice in the area for all kids!
