Customer Service is professional and very helpful express what you may need for your stay.The cabins, grounds are kept clean. Most reasonable rates in area for cabins. Folks these are oilfield reminiscent accomodations not a 5 star hotel. From what I can see reading other reviews people don't understand the difference. They are safe and friendly but as any other partially furnished apartment you need to provide your own bedding, towels and kitchen utensils. I recommend this place.
I have nothing but good things to say about this park and Jose. He is extremely helpful, kind and understanding. Micheal Lard is a disgruntled former tennant who can't take responsibility for his own actions. I know this personally! The cabins, are clean, quiet an definitely the best price your going to find. I would recommend this park to anyone!
if a 0-5 stars was possible I'd use it. was evicted for an unclear reason. I never missed a payment, I was always respectful yet the owner is now the reason I'm home less. not once did he say only one dog allowed, and just put it on us we need to be out by the next week, knowing weeks before we had more than one dog. if he does not like you, he makes up new rules to get you out. Extremly dishonest man, making dishonest money. unclean and literal plywood "cabins"
A few negative things to note. The internet is almost non existent if it rains at all. If you have your own internet it will never go down, but if you use Prairie Views then it magically goes completely out. Should be a priority if you're charging $600 a month with internet, to keep a decent provider/package. Secondly, the showercards you pay for are supposed to last several months, but mine generally lasts less than a month and then stops working when I most need to shower at 5 in the morning. Instead I have to go to work unshowered or bathe in the bathroom sinks. It took several months after I moved in to get the laundry machines working. Their "workout room" consist of one knockoff 20 year old Bowflex with two features. It might not work for all I know. They have a soda machine that hasn't worked in the months that I've been here. On top of all that, there does not seem to be a regular maintenance on the bathrooms at all. The toilet trashes over flow, the toilet paper is constantly out for days at a time. The showers will be littered with small trash, as well as the stalls and bathroom flow in general. The main trashcan in the bathroom hardly ever gets full, but it never gets changed. You're looking at the same trash bag for weeks or months at a time. To be honest, when I started this review I didn't think there was that much to note. Thinking about it now, there isn't really anything positive to say since they can't even keep up on the services that we pay for. I will throw them a bone and say that their staff is helpful and always have pleasant attitudes. My experience with them is a 2/10 at best and I would recommend that people make this among their last options. *Sidenote: It is a great location for how close to the center of Watford you are.
Went in to speak about a rv spot. Not really customer friendly. Was told 450 plus 100$ deposit plus elect. Asked how much for elect...they did not know. Asked a few more questions and same reply. We own a 2016 which is not new enough to park on one side but a couple older ones it's good enough to park with. 1 lady had not been there a month and the other not a summer. Both come off as snooty even if they realised it or not. Their lack of Information and lack of Interest to find out and attitudes put us off. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.
It’s not a horrible place, but my experience hasn’t been a good one. First, they have a “leash law” for dogs that they do not enforce. So if you want people crawling under your camper trying to get their dog, this is it! They also charge for dog poop that is left behind, which is totally fair. BUT, when they don’t enforce their own rules and leash law and people let their dogs run wild, I don’t want to pay for other people’s pet waste! I have cameras that have caught people crawling under my camper, all around my camper and even hiding behind it while their dogs use my yard! All you get from management is, the offenders have to be properly notified a couple of times and then, they can’t really do anything..
I moved in in the winter, and within 3 days there my water was froze up under my cabin, for 7 weeks. I finally got to move to a new cabin and it had sunk and leaned bad enough my food would slide off the table. I reported rhe problem and they eventually moved me again to a place that had zero water pressure. I tried to get that fixed and nothing was ever done. When i moved out i scrubbed that place. It was a million times cleaner than when they said it was movin ready for me. I asked when i would recieve my deposit, and the manger stated i would get ut in 10 days. 30 days later i recieved it. It was 125 out of the 400 they owed me. They charged me a cleaning fee, when they rented my place and never cleaned it. It was move in ready. Then they charged me for a light that had been broken before i moved in and then a drain plug that was ever broken. There dishonest, and theives. Don' move into that dirt hole.
Great place to stay, been here 2 times now first time was for 6 months and no issues with anything, had a cable box go out and it was replaced the same day. After I left I received a check for over $500 back it was my deposit and pro rated amount of the rent that I paid. Now I have come back because my job has sent me up here again and came right back to the same place and haven't had any issues will definitely recommend this place to others
Park has experienced a tornado recently. However, I got to know the owners and the management while helping clean up and they're some really nice people. Once the park is opened up or will be one of the best around.
I stayed in the cabins. Good place to stay wish they were actually furnished at least a little not even a place to put silverware. Should put tvs in the rooms that's would be a plus, there okay people never at the office tho, hardly call back if you leave a message takes weeks if they even call back. Strong 3 stars but will give a 4
