Dr. Prater is so kind and super friendly, that she made me feel better even before she examine me regarding my pain. She is a great dentist!

Came in for a consult for both my children. Was a bit hesitant but once we met with Dr. Prater and the treatment coordinator Claudia my husband and I were relieved. They were able to help us out with a great payment plan that both my husband and I were comfortable with. Dr. Prater was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions and concerns that we had. We are so glad we came here! Today my child had his braces put on and everyone here went over and beyond to make him feel comfortable! By far the best dental orthodontics office we've been to!

Dr. Prater is so sweet. She always makes me laugh and is really gentle. She also give me chocolate chip cookies after every visit which is yummy. I really like that she is always there to see me and always answers my questions and doesn't make me feel like a silly kid. I really like that. Anyway, I don't really know what else to say except she's awesome and I'm glad I came here to get braces.

This office was my 4 consult over a period of 3 months after my dentist, Dr SanAye, who I love : who recommend I go see an Ortho I visited a pirate office where the Dr. didn't shake my hand and was 30 minutes late to see me, an Asian Dr who seemed goofy and had me come back for 3 visits until I finally met him and a lady in Eastlake who didn't seem like she likes kids. So my son had an overbite because his jaw is too small. Dr. P told me the challenges in his teeth and jaw on my first visit I appreciate that. He is in braces now for over 1 year and things look much better. My daughter is having part 1 with expanders on the top And bottom. I started her early hoping to get her finished with straight teeth ASAP. Her smile is so much better now too. Dr P. is always there to see my kids and her staff gives me an update after each appt. I have had to make payment arrangements a few times and they have been very nice. As long as you tell them, they work with you Sometimes it's busy but dr. P. is always there to welcome you and thank you. The office is very clean, smells nice and the staff are well groomed And professional. Oh and I took the price from the lowest consult I had with the pirate and they beat it by a few hundred. Go try it and if you don't like it, tell them because Dr. P. does really care.

Dr. Prater is Outstanding she treats all of her customers with respect and always makes you feel welcome. She has a very high standard of quality work to provide you with the smile you always wanted. I would recommend her to anyone.
