The workout was not cohesive. The instructor seemed completely uninterested and annoyed. She was on her phone scrolling and taking selfies the whole time. She also didn't offer any modifications. She never asked my name but just said "hey girl, yeah you." So disrespectful. Will never come back here. Do not recommend it. This girl really told me to do 100 pushups all at once. A recipe for injury. Never again. Avoid.

A set of trainers that know how to change up the routine, push and motivate you all at the same time! Original plan was to jump start my weight loss for my upcoming birthday but I have fallen into a very comfortable routine where if I don't go one day I'm bursting to go the next. Well worth the investment. Check them out. Especially their Trap Yoga on Fridays. You can't beat the $5 drop in class fee for an hours worth of toning, live music and good times.

Coach Carter & Drew are beasts!!! I've attended one class and can already connect with their level of professionalism and consciousness as business men. Well worth the investment. If you're looking to change your life; mentally & physically, start here. This is exactly the level of discipline I needed in a workout regimen. He even throws in a juicing diet upon sign up.
