From the measure to the install, communication was superb! Life happens and my family was able to work in the countertop install after hunting and before returning back to work. Precision and Mr. Picasso are adamant in what they do and it shows.
I would give 6 Stars! The Precision Countertop Installers were of the Utmost Professionalism. Within minutes of laying the protective floor coverings..they were tearing out the existing countertops, sweeping and vacuuming. The installation went in Perfectly! The Result? I was So Happy & Excited over the Beauty and Professional Installation of my GORGEOUS new Granite Countertops that I actually spent 2 solid hours just admiring the Precision of the Designers who Designed and Cut my Countertops. I am Extremely Thrilled and will be using them again for more Granite upgrades to my home. Thank you! Cynthia C.
We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that the installers demonstrated. They were at the end of a very long day. They maintained a professional attitude and were easy to work with. They kept a positive attitude toward the work they did. They asked us questions about what they were doing to ensure we were happy with what they were doing. We are very pleased with the outcome. Thank you!
The counters are amazing and the guys who installed them were great. My issue with the company is scheduling. They will only inform you 2 days prior to the installation if you have an AM or PM appointment. They Waldo wanted me to take the whole day off in case they had a last minute cancellation and wanted to move me up. I live alone and don’t have anyone who I can call to sit by and waste an entire day. I was told that the install would happen over 2 days a Wednesday and a Thursday. So the Friday before I called them to schedule a time. I don’t have the luxury of taking time off at will. After much going back and forth and threats of canceling my project I was able to get an afternoon appointment. The time frame was 1-5 pm. I called at 4 since I hadn’t heard from anyone. My installer called and said they would be there between 5:45 and 6 pm. I told them that was unacceptable. They got to my place at 5:05 and busted their rump to finish quickly but still do a good job. Like I said 5 stars for the install crew. 2 stars for the scheduling. I personally wouldn’t use them again.
Absolutely love my new quartz kitchen countertop from Precision countertops. Precision’s team worked so well together & provided excellent friendly, quality & timely customer service throughout the purchase to install process. We highly recommended Precision. In fact, we are going to use them again to replace our bathroom countertops. Thanks Precision!
Great experience with Precision Countertops. I didn't realize there were two separate templating and installation sessions, one for the countertop and one for the backsplash, but it wasn't a big deal. Both sets of crews were in and out quickly, with little cleanup on my part. Professional and thorough, they were friendly and answered all of my questions. The countertops and backsplash are beautiful!
Everyone at Precision Countertops was wonderful to work with. Andrew was so helpful in picking countertops and backsplash for my kitchen. I chose quartz countertop and a porcelain tile backsplash. Coordinating installation was easy. Kayla suggested some dates and I confirmed if I was available or not. They got me scheduled pretty fast. Guys installing were fantastic. Very respectful of me and my home. Thrilled with the results.
From start to finish, this was a great customer experience. The kitchen was purchased at Home Depot, and I was contacted by Precision Countertops , Inc. to confirm the countertop selection, setup an appointment to take measurement, and do the install. It is a 3-4 weeks process, but it’s worth waiting for, as the final product is 5+
Ive had a horrible experience. They cancelled on me twice. I took off work an additional 1.5 days and had to have my 1 year old son home during the demo/install due to the rescheduling on there part. Everything was installed and then as you can from the photos, several chips and scratches. Currently in reimbursement talks and they offered me $500 to keep the damaged countertops installed . I will be asking for more money back and will never use them again.
Excellent work. Communication was amazing, result looks incredible, would recommend. We had a small issue on install day but the crew handled it so smoothly, obviously really experienced professionals.
