Christian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. Price is very affordable for the level of work he is providing. Very happy with the work. The chain was too big for the loop on my pendant. He was able to replace the loop. Making the whole thing come together perfectly.
I bought an engagement ring from Christian and I was blown away by the whole experience. I cannot recommend his craftsmanship or his character high enough. Christian exceeded what I could have possibly imagined when I started the ring buying process. Not only was he extremely helpful in explaining what the best bang for my budget would be, but he also allowed me to watch him assemble the ring and take videos to show my fiancée which was arguably her favorite part. This created a unique and tailored experience for both me and my fiancée, and I have never heard of anything remotely like it from anyone else who has bought an engagement ring. Christian listened to exactly what we wanted in a ring and was able to leave both me and my fiancée extremely impressed and wowed by the final product! The ring basically blinds people in the sunlight, and we have already been complimented multiple times about the quality of the ring since we have been engaged which has been less than a week by just random people who we encountered by chance. I cannot thank him enough for the hard work he put into this and all the hours he spent going back and forth over text about my various ring related questions. If you are looking for anything done remotely jewelry related, I would look no further than Christian/Precision Jewelry Service.

Christian was absolutely amazing to me! My rope chain has been giving out on me for some time now and after a sporadic phone call, he quickly rushed to help. Within 30 minutes, he was working on my project. The entire time Christian gave me his upmost respect, integrity, honesty, and let me watch the entire experience. Chris is incredible at what he does. Came in and met us on a Saturday outside his normal work hours and worked on multiple rings for us and did a fantastic job on all of them. 10/10 would use for any other jewelry needs in the future!

He provided a variety of options and advice, at different price points, and then helped us decide on the best options for a setting and center stones. I appreciated his patience and laid-back attitude, as it took us awhile to choose. He was very helpful throughout the process. Christian was able to fit me in immediately to make a repair to my chain the same day and was able to explain the whole process and I was able watch the process in person. Christian is awesome!!! My engagement ring has a partial eternity band that was making it difficult to get resized. He took a look at it and gave me his honest opinion about the best option. He added sizing beads to my ring and they look AMAZING. My ring fits perfectly now and I can barely tell the beads are there. He polished them and worked carefully to make them look very nice and clean, and he did it in only a few days. I would highly recommend going to Christian with any jewelry needs!
