Didnt catch his name but the guy working was absolutely no help to me. Was given uncut in programmed keys for my car and was just told they were the wrong keys without gaining any other assistance on the matter. Asked about purchasing the correct key if mine was wrong and all the guy did was tell me that my keys were wrong. They lock/unlock and start the car so not sure how the key is bad

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give less than one star! customer service is below subpar. They broke the lock they were supposed to change. It has been 3 days! I have called 3 times and I got the same answer: we will call you back! They are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Had some car keys copied, quick and easy experience, would absolutely go back.

Nicole was fabulous and delivered excellent customer service after a previous locksmith miscut a specialty key that I ordered online. She worked with me to solve the problem and explained the process thoroughly. I truly appreciated her patience and her cautious approach. Ultimately she solved the problem and my special key works perfectly! Thank you Nicole, I will return specifically because of you.

A worker came almost immediately to fix the lock on our storage shed after it had been destroyed by someone breaking in. It was fixed within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. Extremely satisfied with Precision Locksmith whom we have used for many years!

Locked my keys in my car with it running when I got to work, so I had to have a coworker bring me his store key. It was stressful to say the least. Precision Locksmith quoted around noon until someone could get to me, as I work around 10 miles south of them. To my surprise I had someone here around 10. Much cheaper than all the other places I called. Highly satisfied with their service.

Loosing your car key on a Friday night run is not fun. I had to do this one other time many, many years ago in another State and the experience was horrible. So I braced myself for crazy fees and attitude. I called the 24hr number Saturday morning and got Nathan. Well, I was thrown for a loop. Nathan was amazing! Worked with me through all the issue of having a obtain a new key fob from my local dealer, him having to program the fob at the car where I left it, and making me a couple extra spare keys that were way cheaper vs going back to the dealer. He worked with my time line and got everything done within an hour from me picking the fob from the dealer. I cannot say enough about Nathan's professionalism and willingness to help. You all are very lucky to have such a great employee. People like Nathan are not easy to find. Thank you Nathan for your help and it was a pleasure meeting you. I will be refer anyone who needs this service to Precision Locksmith Service. Keep up the great work!
