I have been with this team for a few months now, coming from a different hospice due to lack of caring for the staff and their patients, i found exactly what I was looking for with this hospice, the management not only cares for us as employees, but goes out in the field to help make sure that our patients have all the love and extra attention that they deserve! I've never been with such truly caring and heartfelt coworkers!
