For sure this is the best, most affordable and ease of use off-airport parking. I’m sure the competition is comparable, but I’ve got no reason to switch. There’s always a shuttle available, drivers are nice and helpful. The lobby is clean and complementary with coffee and water bottles, there’s even a scale to check your luggage weight. I’ve never had any issues getting a spot. Become a member and quickly add up points to get free days. Great option
I use these guys every year when I fly out to Denver.. Last year my hubcaps were stolen off my van. Hopefully they beef up security. Otherwise they are pretty good. Update. Parked my van on the top level the last week of September 2022. My van was entered, glove box was open and the contents were on the front seat. Miscellaneous items were Taken. Two strikes, they are out. Won't be back...
Drivers here are amazing.. but finding out you guys fired Nate I am beyond shocked and furious. He’s such an excellent employee who went above and beyond. He’s been my driver on numerous occasions and even gave me a jumpstart when my battery was dead. I think I’ll be moving on knowing they treat their other employees like dirt and the lot is infested with homeless people so be prepared to have your vehicle broken into.
This is my second time using preflight. I used them last year and everything worked out perfect. The prices are amazing & shuttle service was good. This year basically the same. They have upgraded the bar code scanner, I was so happy. I definitely recommend preflight.
The best airport parking option in my opinion. It’s affordable and very convenient. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins for the shuttle and the drivers are friendly and helpful with any questions you have.
Easy to find. Easy to park. Signage are clear and properly displayed. Friendly driver and staff. Shuttle clean. Very close to airport. Less than 5 minute drive.
Returned home from our trip and went to leave a tip in the office for Nate and found out the company let him go! Nate has been our driver on and off for awhile. you lost an awesome employee!!!
DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE. This is, literally, one of the worst shuttle experiences I've ever had. They say they come every 12-15 mins - that's the first lie. In reality it took the 30+ mins for the first shuttle to even show after I called to request a pickup, at which point we couldn't get on the shuttle because there were so many passengers waiting and frustrated. The driver said, "I promise, there's another shuttle RIGHT behind me." That was the second lie. 20 mins later, we're still waiting. I'm not sure they're ever coming back. This is the worst customer service - don't get tricked and lied to as we have been. The photo is a view of the shuttle NOT BEING HERE.
Very professional. Always on time and easy to communicate with the front office at anytime of day/night. My car is well protected and you can't beat the pricing especially with the points system. The new entry/exit scanner bar code is a nice upgrade!
After looking at some of the responses from the other reviews it's very clear they don't value customer service at all!!! Every single response to a review is the same one, a link to email one of the managers. I've heard of careless and unresponsive but not when it comes to a company...do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere like thousands of other people already have this place doesn't deserve it!!! At 6:10 the driver of bus #25 was completely careless about coming on to the road he almost caused an accident. This isn't the first time I've witnessed the recklessness of this company either it's almost a daily occurrence. If you value your health, safety and overall wellbeing be smart and don't use this company!!!
