Janeidy Terado is right this place is terrible!!!This dealership knowingly sells vehicles with major mechanical issues!!! I just had to pay to replace the transmission in the vehicle I recently purchased from them. They will say anything to try to make you believe they have reliable vehicles they don’t. Their in house mechanic fixes them just enough to last the test drive and maybe a week tops before you realize it’s full of problems. When you call to explain any of this to them they will then tell you there’s nothing they will do because you purchased “as is” they are crooks and should not be trusted !!!
This place is horrible. My husband bought a car there and it overheated in less than a week. We knew we were buying a used car and that it would most likely need work down the road, but LESS THAN A WEEK??! We're ran across some other problems and now the car needs some work. We will never buy a used car without at least a 30 warranty. If we can't get that, then the car must not be good. I'm telling EVERYONE not to come to this place.
Very unprofessional people that own this car dealership. They posted a car for sale on Craigslist I responded within 15 minutes of when the ad was posted. I texted them some questions about the car and I asked to see the carfax for the white 2012 Honda Accord coupe coupe. Which he provided after I looked at it I told him I would buy the car but I live up near Jacksonville Florida and I wasn’t sure if I could come on Thursday or Friday that would have to check with my wife and daughter with their schedules.I got back with him within the hour I messaged him and said that it will be not till Friday when I can come to pick up the car and his response was “no problem” I explained that the car was for 17 year old daughter as her first car. I told him that she’s been working at a horse stable for the last 6 months and she has saved every penny she has made so she could get her first car. I also said how hard she’s been working in school because she’s dual enrolled in high school as well as college and that she will graduate this coming year with a high school diploma and her associates from college at the same time. As well as working at horse stable trying to earn enough money to buy her first car. I messaged him a little while longer to tell I looked into a rental care and I couldn’t find something one way for tomorrow so it would definitely be on Friday when I can come pick up the car and he responded “ok” well Thursday comes along and I message him about 5:30 pm to find out what is best for me to come to pick up the car. He didn’t respond for a while so I messaged him again explaining I was just trying to plan the day out for tomorrow. I still didn’t hear from him for a while but then he messaged me sorry I sold the car already. I couldn’t believe he would sell a car from underneath me like that. He didn’t have the Decency to call or message me saying he has another person interested in the car and could have said I just want to make sure you are definitely coming tomorrow Friday to pick up the car and if asked for me to send him a deposit on pay pal I would’ve done it right away showing good faith that I was definitely coming Friday to pick up the car. But no I didn’t get a phone call or text message from him saying he sold the car nothing at all !!! But now I have to break the news to my 17 year old daughter that said she couldn’t sleep the night before because she was so excited about getting this car and she was sending pictures of the car to all her friends and family members but now I need to break the bad news that the guy selling the car sold the car behind our backs to someone else. She immediately started crying and asked why would someone do that I said to her you will learn that there is a lot of people that are not honest and not a man of their word. But that didn’t make her feel any better. I asked him multiple times why would he do that he couldn’t answer the question. I asked him what will he do to make this right ? He responded after 3 x of me asking him that question and his response was I don’t have any other cars sorry. This man should be ashamed of himself. He will find out that karma will be looking for him really soon. SO BASICALLY YOU CAN NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Never ever buy a vehicle from this place!!! they fix the car up just enough to run for less than a week and then tell you there’s nothing they will do because they have an as is warranty! My vehicle that I bought to be specific a 2006 Jeep liberty I bought from this location 4 days ago just got off the phone with them telling them that the vehicle was having all sorts of problems with the transmission slipping and there’s nothing they will do for me so please don’t give this business any of your money!! Worst place ever! EVER!!!
I bought my Jeep Liberty in this dealership had no issues whatsoever everything was smooth and easy great staff as well... Don't mind some of these negative reviews
I bought a consignment car from Premier Autos Of Tampa. A 2005 Nissan Armada for $4,000.00 and a few months later I decided to sell it and the office manager Jadie bought it back from me for the amount of $3,000.00 and was going to give me a Ford Taurus that she had at the dealership but that it needed to be detailed and never gave me the car.
This place is a rip off! DO NOT give them your business or your money unless you are looking for a vehicle that is going to break down a week after you buy it!!
