I had a excellent visit. Dr. Steven Neubauer was very caring and answered all my questions. His assistant Samantha was great and made me feel at ease. Would definitely refer to a awesome dermatology team!!!
Scheduled an appointment in 12/2022 and was told due to my insurance I had to wait awhile and the soonest I could be seen was 7/19/2023. Found out around April of 2023 they no longer accepted new patients with my insurance when I tried to get my son in, but because I already had an appointment I would still be seen. Fast forward to 7/19, I had to take off work, and got to my appointment only to find the door locked and lights off. I waited about 15 minutes before calling and waiting another 15 minutes for someone to answer. I was told my appointment was canceled in April but no one called me, emailed me, or sent a letter m. When I asked if I could self pay I was told no due to having medicaid. So they not only lied in their documentation, but then refused to let me self pay after waiting 7 months for an appointment. I also tried calling multiple times within the week leading to the appointment and never got a call back or the phone answered. Extremely unprofessional. Will never recommend and wish the staff didn't falsify their records.
Dr. Bezanis and his nurse were very friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. They made you feel at ease in the examination room, and were very efficient and answered all of my questions. I would definitely go back to Dr. Bezanis for my next visit. Lynn Michelsen
Have been a patient for many years, great office. Everything is always explained, questions answered. Very professional and feel that I am truly cared for as a patient there.
I had a great experience. The wait time was less than three minutes from the moment I walked through the door. The doctor was very attentive and helpful.
Uh, no stars. In tears because I have to go 3 days without my medication due to their mistake. I sent in a pill refill a week ago to give enough time and they denied it despite me coming in for a $50 visit just to get my script renewed. When I called they said it got renewed but never sent. No explanation, no apology, no suggestions on how to get an emergency supply for the days in between. Cool standards.
I have been going to Premier for about 5 years now. Everyone is super nice and I have never had to wait for me to be seen. Dr, G is very nice.
I really like Dr. Bezanis, he takes time to listen and explain what’s happening. He’s also very thorough when examining for a cancer screening. Candace was also very nice.
The 1st thing that comes to mind is there was almost no wait time. I only sat in the waiting room for about 2 and a 1/2 minutes so I have to say they're excellent. Once I was in the exam room and the nurse left the doctor was there in about 3 minutes, Again the wait time was excellent. They explained everything So I could understand it, They told me my options and ask me what I wanted, And once I told them they did what I asked. And I was completely satisfied with the Procedure And the cost. I can't remember the last time I said that. I know I only gave them 5 Stars, It should be 10.
They are all super nice and carrying ! And take the time to listen to u ! Make u feel like everything going to bee ok and don’t rush out the door to the next person! I love to stuff and my little dr they care so wonderful in everything , I make them laugh and they make me laugh also ! In fact I could go see them once a week and sit and talk to them ! Thank for all u do for me !
