Horrible. Why they are the company for my warranty is beyond me. My tv was sounding off so I had them pick it up. 7-10 day estimate turned into 30. No one can even tell me what parts they replaced, it's not in the invoice. I called weekly for updates and they knew nothing other than parts were ordered. The funny part is I put a new tv in the same place and the sound was the same so I called my cable provides and reset the signal. It fixed the problem, so whatever parts they replaced didn't need it. Lastly, they forgot my remote, they are over an hour away from me. They said we will ship it right out. Called today which is a week later and they said they would locate it and ship it back. Horrible company, horrible service.
Worst and most unprofessional company I have had to work with. I brought a TV with a warranty program; this is who the warranty company has to fix the TV. There onsite hours to review the TV are only 8-5 M-F, guess what most hours people work…. Then I had to call the day before to find out a window of time they will be at my home to take a look at the TV. Person that showed up is very unprofessional, with dirty shoes walking throughout the house. Was here for 2 mins and said it would need to go to the shop for repairs. I hope I see that TV again, it was nice. Try to find some other company to fix your TV.
This company did everything wrong, come to calling to schedule a tech to come to my house to fixing my TV. The worst part was, and there were many; I was scheduled for a tech to arrive between 12:00-5:00pm. At 4:30pm, I was called to say the tech was "running a little late". Mind you, I had used a vacation day and just waited 5 hours. The tech came at 9:04pm! I called and complained, they could not have cared less! Truly the worst experience I've ever had!
Worst T.V, repair shop ever. They set up their initial visit based on what worked for them not the customer. When the got here they didn't look at the T.V. for 1 minute and said it had to go in for repair. Ends up it can't be repaired so my warranty conmpany credits me with the original cost of the T,V. and I buy a new one. The warranty company told me the old set was mine and could have it back to donate or use for whatever I wanted. The problem with the original T.V. was a dark sgiggly smudge in the center of the screen only noticable on white backgrounds. Now for my home theater system it wasn't acceptable but for my grandkids to watch cartoons on in the playroom it would have been fine. I called them to ask when I could come in and pick it up and they said they sent it to the warranty company's reclaim site to be scrapped. I calle the warranty company back and they said they don't have a reclaim site that it would be to costly for the company to pay for all the bad tv's to be shipped to one site and destroyed. I called Premier back and they finally admitted that they stripped it for parts and then dumped it in their own dumpster and that was the way they always do it and there wasn't much I could do about it. There was no apology and no regret on their part whatsoever. I've encouraged my warranty company to reconsider doing business with these people. I also doubt my original T.V. was really destroyed but I'll never be able to prove that.
