I loved Patrick he's VERY knowledgeable, but my husband took the medication he was given, and finally slept, but for over 12 hours. We thought it was gonna be great, but he's getting worse by the day instead of better, and now missing more work than EVER!!!! All he can do is sleep to ease his pain. Will be calling the office again 1st thing Monday, or finding a new dr.

This office misrepresented themselves on the phone when I was specific with them about why I was coming in and they said, "Yes, we can help you". After taking the day off of work for my appointment, the doctor immediately said, "No, we can't help you". I was clear with her that I confirmed on the phone the reason for my visit, and she realized her receptionist made a mistake in making an appointment for me. While I was upset at losing time from work for no reason, the doctor was apologetic and I was sure I wouldn't be billed for the visit. Yet here I am getting bills from them and being threatened to be reported to a collection agency. I hope my bad experience helps others.

Difficult in securing an appointment . In severe pain told earliest appointment to see a physician is 3- 4 weeks . Staff stated it is not an office to cover emergencies therefore there are no appointments set aside . This is unbelieve when you are dealing with pain and need to be seen for resolution not wait a month . This is lack of caring for the patient's wellbeing.

They are the most sincere group of professionals. Been going to Dr Staats for 1 year. He has given me such relief. I move more now then ever. Thank you all.
