I reside in a nursing facility and Premier takes sometimes 6-7 days before they deliver refills for my medications that do not require doctor approval. They care not at all about their clients suffering in pain and serious withdrawals from their medicine because of their lack of deliver in a timely manner. Beware public, Premier is the WORST pharmacy in the WHOLE world!! Find another fast!
Amazing personalized service. Heather and the whole team at premier are very professional and friendly. I live in san diego and they are still able to deliver to my door same-day usually. It saves me time and gas driving to the pharmacy and I never have to think about ordering refills, they take care of everything for me - I am so thankful! 10/10 highly recommended!
If you’re planning on using this place to supply your medical equipment, I’d advise you to look elsewhere. I had been trying for a week to get a prescription sent to me and got tired after 4 days of waiting and proceeded to have the RX transferred to CVS. Spoke with multiple people to have it transferred, no one was helpful. The pharmacist told me she couldn’t do anything and their main branch has to process transfer requests and told me she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I tried calling back to the extension and no one answered–beyond frustrating, it should not be this difficult. I ended up having my Dr write a new script and CVS has already processed it and will be here in a few days.
I have been a pharmacy technician for 10 years now. I have worked for quite a few pharmacies in my time. Out of all the different pharmacies I worked at I can say that Premier Pharmacy is the best. Very great work environment, awesome staff, and very efficient. Probably the most efficient pharmacy I have ever worked for. The work flow is very smooth and each department handles thier own workload which greatly reduces any stress. The supervisors are very friendly and hr is on point so any issues if any will be resolved. 10/10 would work here again.
Minus 5 stars!!! BEWARE!!! Unscrupulous company that creates fraudulent charges for collections!! I used Premier Pharmacy for several years while I lived in Los Angeles. I moved away in 2018 and stopped using Premier Pharmacy. In August of 2022 I got a collection notice via text for a charge from 3/10/2020. I never received an email, phone call or letter from Premier Pharmacy regarding this fraudulent charge. They had all my information and even a CC on file. But chose to send the alleged charges to collections. Today I spent 27 minutes on the phone with Premier Pharmacy and was transferred at least 8 times. The final person Maria I spoke to was completely unhelpful and rude. She kept repeating that she didn’t work at Premier in 2018 so she has no knowledge of my case and knew no one that could help. I paid the collections charge because I don’t want this on my credit report and I am responsible for my debts. But plan on reporting Premier Pharmacy to the California State Board of Pharmacies. Run for hills before using this Scam Pharmacy!
This company does NOT care about the patient at all and will not get your medical devices to you on time.
The recommendation to use Premier's products and services came just in time. My mother-in-law was going through a difficult recovery process, and we needed a reliable pharmacy to provide quality service and timely delivery. I am thankful to my friend who told me about her experience with Premier and highly recommended using their services. The toughest part of the treatment is coming to its end, and I'm happy we have had such a reliable partner every step of the path.
Awful. Zero stars. Claudia is the worst rep along with Rebecca. They rip you off and straight up deny you of your medications. AVOID!!! No communication. They will drop you as a patient if they don't like something about you; AKA discrimination. They are out for money and that's it.
Terrible experience. Have been using them for 4 years but in the past year they have been very very very bad with delivering meds on time. This is isn't the first time I've been left without medication because of their negligence. All my meds are in refill and my account is up to date with insurance and co payments. I don't understand why I have to call them and plea with them to deliver it on time and when they do it comes in a few days later. So frustrating and unsafe!!
I can confidently state that their staff is well-trained to deal with the most challenging situations. Their pharmacists have extensive experience, so I can count on them when it comes to my health and treatment. They ask all of the needed questions and check twice to make sure I receive the medications I really need.
