I had my things in storage in an outdoor end unit for over six years. They keep the grounds immaculate. I was always able to access my unit and my items were kept in perfect condition. The staff was always very helpful. I would definitely recommend Premier Storage!

Awesome property! I love the area. It was an easy process to get my storage. Staff is highly informative, extremely friendly and just in all, a pleasant person that made me feel like a friend and not a stranger. And unit is affordable with plenty of space and easy access. Totally recommend, even for small units. I put 5 stars, so I don't know why it's coming up as 4.5. totally 5!!!!!!
I have never rented a storage unit before, so this was all new to me. The manager at the location, Sabrina, was so easy to work with, she made the whole process pain-free! she was very kind and patient, and walked me through the whole process. I was very satisfied with the facility and the service, so I would highly recommend Premier Self Storage to everyone!

I Love the Service here, very kind and professional staff. When someone tried to break in my unit, the staff immediately checked the lock and attached a lock of their own on my unit, no charge to ensure my stuff was safe, then called to coordinate when I can come to check the unit. The staff made me feel important by their quick and considerate actions.

Quick and friendly service. Representative provide detailed information regarding services and expectations. Facility is clean and monthly rental is lower than local competitors. Additionally, we rented a space here twenty years prior and it was good to see the facility has been maintained and service still excellent.
I have dealt with several different employees at different times at this location. My first encounter to rent a medium size storage was quick and very professional. I later had to transfer into a larger unit and Ms. Nicole made it effortless and pain free. I really appreciated her advice and knowledge about the units.
Great and superb customer service! I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. I’ve been searching for a close by and budget friendly place to put my things into storage and this place exceeded my expectations. Not only the prices were very affordable, they also have a very friendly and welcoming staff that greets you with such warm welcoming upon coming in. Yesterday I had reserved a 5x10 online. When I arrived at the location I was not aware that it was on a second floor which was not very ideal for me so Raquel recommended me other specials that they had going on. One special was an outdoor unit and it was the next size up. Not only was it on a special price it was also on the special pricing 1 month more than the previous one we had reserved. She showed me the size of the unit and it was a good size for what I had in mind to put in. Upon moving stuff into it. I am so glad that Raquel recommended me the outdoor unit because I don’t think my things would have fit in the first reservation we had. We would have been short of space so I am very grateful that the first reservation didn’t work out. Not only does this place have great customer service that treat you like family but they also do what they can to look out after you if your on a budget or just trying to see what fits your very need. When looking at storage facilities this is the place to be! From great customer service to great special pricing and FREE BOX TRUCK FOR YOU TO USE UPON MOVING IN which saves you money as well! You can’t beat that. I don’t think any other place will offer you what this place can. It’s truly an experience you won’t forget. Premier storage in Oakley is the place for your accommodating needs!
