They didn’t run my insurance before starting my X-rays. Then when they found out my insurance wasn’t accepted, the doctor came in to inform me as if I was the inconvenience of HIS day and not the other way around. He was rude and said “we’re done here” before leaving the room. When the X-rays run without checking my insurance first were THEIR mistake, they had the audacity to say “you just saved $148” when choosing not to charge me for them as if they were doing me a favor. I’m upset and will definitely not be recommending such a rude doctor to anyone. 2 stars because the front desk lady was kind and apologetic.

I had a great experience both times. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Dr did a faboulas job. He explains everything to you as he's working on you. He asks you to breath and it works to calm you down. I recommend him very highly. Thank you all Madonna

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Spurgeon for 5 years. The staff is friendly and attentive and Dr. Spurgeon is extremely professional, caring and addresses our dental needs with the utmost of expertise. I highly recommend him.

20 years of neglect on my part was taken care of in a professional manner that makes me genuinely feel at ease when visiting for my future 6 month check ups. If you can imagine a pain free dentist visit this is the place to be. Furthermore, options were provided based on your personal situation. To top it off this is a very personable staff that is kind and on the ball. 2 thumbs up. Give them a shot and you will find your experience to be enjoyable.

This was the first time I had experienced sedation dentistry and was very anxious about that let alone going to the dentist period. My experience was very comfortable and I was without any worry or anxiety whatsoever from the moment I arrived for my appointment. Should the need arise I will definitely choose Dr. Spurgeon again.

I had a veneer fall off on a Saturday Morning. Dr James Spurgeon and his team went above and beyond to get me taken care of right away -when no other Dentist offices were open over the weekend. Since that experience I changed Drs have been seeing him for almost 2 years. He is knowledgeable, fair and a straight shooter . His team is wonderful and caring. .Thank you Prescott Dental Center!

This is one of the most efficiently run medical/dental practices in Prescott; staffed with courteous, professional people who make you feel like you're the #1 patient of the day. I have never had more than a couple of minutes' wait time upon arrival - and when seated in the dental chair. Dr. Spurgeon is also super-efficient and listens carefully to concerns and keeps your comfort while in the dental chair a top priority. I highly recommend their practice for dental needs. ;

Dr Spurgeon and all the staff are the best. I don't have dental insurance and they always work with me. Most recently Dr Spurgeon filled a cavity, I was in and out in less than a hour. They offer appointments that coincide with my lunch, which is so helpful to me!

When it came to getting denture implants in Prescott after extensive research there are so so many options out there. I couldn't believe how many dentists are offering this procedure in such a small community. However after finally arriving it Prescott Dental Center I found them to be the most reasonable in price. Prescott Dental Center is a very friendly and inviting staff I always felt comfortable with all the procedures and now I have a beautiful smile.

Was told to come in for a no cost follow-up from some dental works, 6 weeks ago. When came in they did another cleaning and charged me. Not at all what the appointment was set up for or what they said they would do. They did a great cleaning 6 weeks ago and this on was not necessary. And now I'm being charged for what I was told was No Cost. Suggest you get cost and in writing before going in back.
