Prescott Public Library

I absolutely love my local libraries and this one is no exception. The staff here is wonderful, the selection is large for the area and they constantly give back to the community.

This library is great. Many selections of books. If you have a kindle, they got you covered! They provide E-books if you get the YLN catalog app. I like to study here often. If you are running behind on work or school, they have public WiFi and good study places. Plus, it is a walkable distance from Mile High Middle School. If you work, and have enrolled your child there, they can walk and do school work or simply read. If you have little children, they have a children’s book selection in the 1st floor. If they are becoming irritable, or would like to play, there is a place where they can quietly play. Very great place, recommend it.

The inside is great, but they need to post "no smoking" signs outside/behind the library, next to their sign where they have a table for public use. The a*s***** who don't care who else they kill with their smoking won't leave, even when politely reminded of the laws. Otherwise, five stars.

We're from California and came to visit the library just to see the timeline and artwork outside. Unfortunately, they were closing for the day when we arrived so we never got to see inside, but it looked quite busy. The various public art was a delight, but the timeline sidewalk was great! Definitely a worthwhile sight for any history buff!

Great local library, very helpful staff, tons of selections from audio, teen and adult . Very nice new building, lots of computers to do research and Internet if you need it.

Great spot for used books. Low prices and makes a nice contribution to the library.

The Prescott Public Library is a local treasure. It offers far more than just books! Check out the Library of Things. Garden seeds. Phone chargers. Colorblind glasses. Awesome place. Great people.

This library has a free musical performance every third Friday at 3:00 p.m.. last month it was chamber music and absolutely beautiful. Today, I saw a quartet consisting of a drum kit, a base, a guitar, and vibraphone player. Gave us a cursory history of jazz music and his various forms while playing examples of the music. It was just amazing!

It's good.They have lots of good movies.The people that work there are all nice and helpful.

This library is wonderful and has access to the YLN which basically makes your options unlimited. I cannot believe how much money we've save by renting movies, books, and video games from here. Only wished I would've utilized the library to it's full potential earlier!
